There was literally nothing left. For our entrees, we enjoyed the Idaho Trout and Beef Short-rib. The trout had a nice panko almond crust and was served with roasted potatoes. I ordered the olives, burrata, and the rack of lamb with some ice cold beer on tap to boot. Burrata is a dish I order often and the execution of this one immediately got my attention. This was all prepared exquisitely and the flavors played a symphony. The exact same description applies to the rack of lamb, served with some berry reduction, mint, local mushrooms, and an out of this world potatoes au gratin. Of note, the potatoes were a true homage to the state's most famous crop! And the lamb, sourced locally, of delightful quality.
