My mom used to go to the Lancaster location and was happy to discover the new Palmdale Scramblez. Most notable is the friendly, efficient service. Such a "plus" to receive a warm welcome and good service with a smile - literally! Food was good. My bacon came crispy as I'd asked. Eggs were perfectly over medium. Homestyle potatoes were yummy. Only disappointment was the biscuits and gravy, as the gravy was really bland. But really, I was so stuffed after my eggs, bacon and potatoes, I didn't have room for biscuits and gravy anyway. As a bonus, it's across the street from Ponticlan Square, which offers a lovely park for a post- food-fest stroll. Plenty of parking, too. read more

Same Menu as Lancaster. Just no bar :-( I was a little worried the food wouldn't taste the same with out 2 or 3 Mimosas in me. But it did. The food was the exact same and the waitresses was just as good and nice as the Lancaster location. The decorations are more 60's café. Id probably still run to Lancaster tho. The Sunday drinks was a large part of me being a huge Scramblez fan. 1 plus on this location is that they deliver. So I definitely will be ordering up for delivery. read more

Great breakfast/lunch place!! We have been there about five times and always had the same amazing waitress. Omg she can handle the entire restaurant like a ten man team!!! If I had a restaurant I would try and steal her away to work for me! The coffee is always hot and your cup wouldn't sit empty! The food is great and remember to check the specials on the board. I placed a order on Grubhub it gave me a delivery time of 1:10-1:20. Then it was changed to 1:35-1:45 and when the food still had not shown up I called. I spoke to this woman who acted like she cared until she came back to the phone and lied. She said they had just received the order at 1:19 which is a lie because grub hub's website confirms the time the restaurant accepts the order. Then she said well we can have it right out to you. I explained I didn't want cold food and she goes oh we haven't cooked it yet. I ask her to cancel my order she kind of laughs and then hangs up. read more

I've been to sramblez a number of times, my girlfriend and I really enjoy the food. However, the service is slow if they are even remotely busy. My girlfriend and I took our son there today(Sunday), they started off my forgetting to bring me creamer for my coffee, then forgot our water, after that they forgot our cinnamon roll. But worst of all, my girlfriend and our son had finished their food and I still hadn't received my order, over an hour had gone by before I canceled my order. I found SCRAMBLEZ on yelp yesterday, and ordered a variety of items that we shared around. by dinner time husband and i were craving more of their delicious, perfectly cooked fried chicken, that came, of course, with fluffy, tasty waffles w/ syrup. now, i've had fried chicken in many, many places, and i fry a mean one myself (bloodline runs to the deep south), and theirs was so good, i called back and asked if they just sold the chicken on it's own (they don't)! they are EXTREMELY friendly, they promise free 30 minute delivery, and they mean it. i ordered AGAIN today, 4 chicken and waffles, they remembered me, and the owner himself delivered 30 minutes on the dot. both times, all items were delivered HOT -- i mean gotta let it cool down a bit kinda hot-- which is something you really don't see in delivered food these days. their menu contains all of those items that one tends to crave but can't find easily, and we intend to visit the restauraunt (as opposed to delivery) soon to check out some of them. we are devoted crazy otto's fans, and, admittedly, the omellete we ordered yesterday didn't compare in size to otto's, but i don't think it's fare to compare just yet. they cater to the same crowd (early morning, close at 2:00), except for that magical word: DELIVERY. plus they give you a 15% discount w/ your delivery order! excellent, excellent, excelent (and have heard from a friend that their place of business is "cleaner" than otto's, but then, otto's purposely has that funky thing going on. will keep y'all posted!! thank you, alfredo & family, we're your newest fans, you'll be seeing us soon! - bunny (mountainside) read more

Let me start out by saying that Debbie and I have been to the Scramblez in Lancaster quite a few times and really enjoyed it. So while I am down here in Palmdale working right across the park from this Scramblez I figured I would check it out. The food is just as good as the Lancaster one. I had a club sandwich and coleslaw. I asked for the club to be made with only 2 slices of bread and thats exactly how it came. It had lots of ham and turkey on it as well as lettuce and tomato. About the only bad thing I can say about the sandwich is the lettuce wasn't drained very good which made the bread soggy by the time I was done. But on the plus side that means that they washed the lettuce so I can over look that small flaw. What I have a hard time over looking and the reason I only gave them 3 stars is when I came in I was seated right away but it took the waitress a bit to come over as she was to busy talking on her cell phone while leaning on the counter. This is really bad form no matter how many customers they have and even worse as I wasn't the only one waiting on her to come over. Will I come back, yeah I will. One because its convenient and two because the food is good. However I do think they need to have a talk with the help as there is no excuse to be on a phone with paying customers waiting. read more
