Wish I could give them a negative star rating! I called in a reservation for 8, they said 20mins. We show up at the 15min mark, she said(with an attitude) that we were early. I agreed and asked how much longer, she told me 40-45 more minutes now because they just a family in our spot. When I asked about our reservation she said "yea we'll, it's busy" 2 from our party order food to go and they couldn't even get that right!!! This little diner was a great find on a late morning for some brunch time with the kiddos. It's tucked away with plenty of parking. Credit cards accepted. Good classic diner style coffee. I ordered the Chorizo Burrito and it was excellent! They did not go light on the chorizo which was great. So, it was very well put together with some pepper jack cheese. My son got the same as I did. Side of hash browns ready for some Cholula hot sauce. He was happy too. My daughter went for the chocolate chip pancakes and loved them. She's one of the pickiest eaters ever and after she said, "Dad, we have got to come back here". She said the pancakes were really fluffy! Can't forget the service. It was outstanding. I will start by saying I love to support the small businesses in my community, I have supported scramblez over the years and shared the cafe with multiple friends and family members. Unfortunately some good things must come to an end. I was finishing up breakfast with a buddy of mine bright and early in the morning at scramblez and a cockroach crawled out from the booth underneath my feet and across the dining room. Imagine how I felt after I just ate the food I spotted a few other reviews mentioning roaches, this is completely unacceptable and I truly hope scramblez is able to clean up their act. Didn't care for the French toast that I got here! It was super soggy and not good! I don't eat eggs so they substituted potatoes which were very bland and the bacon was undercooked. I ended up leaving most of the food on my plate. At almost 15 for breakfast, it was a total waste of money! Oh and forgot to mention the seedy looking guy who came in to use the bathroom. With Covid still freaking people out for some reason, I was happy to find this little hole in the wall breakfast spot open and doing a good job. The French toast tasted like there were uncooked/runny portions throughout. The biscuits had a couple bites that tasted like there was mold underneath the gravy. Only leaving a star because I have to, was treated poorly and the only black one in here, the Hispanic lady behind the counter was very nice and welcoming to all the other Hispanics but treated me like I wasn't welcome then tossed my food on the counter in the bag(it was a to go order) and walked away and continued to sweep the floor. This was a great find. I like "hole in the wall" local places with a quaint vibe and this is just that. The food was delicious. My husband got the fajita omelet and I got a bacon, onion, cheese, avocado scrambler and we both got country potatoes. We also shared a cinnamon roll and let me tel you, it was the best part! Warm, fresh, and gooey. Everything a cinnamon roll should be and perfect to share. We would definitely go back. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it was a bit pricey for a breakfast joint and the bathroom wasn't the most clean. Overall, great food and service though! read more

We ordered breakfast on line and it took over an hour to even be given to our delivery driver. There was an order of chocolate chip pancakes. When it came it was just regular pancakes that were dry with a handful of chocolate chips tossed on top. There was no whipped cream and a side of syrup that was in the box without a lid. Syrup isn't even good on chocolate chip pancakes but since there was no lid that's how we had to eat it. One box was broken during packaging, so a toothpick was holding the box closed. The biscuits were covered gravy vs gravy on the side, so clearly the biscuits were soggy and gross. What the heck happened to our order? But seriously come on people, get it together.... read more

We came to visit my boyfriends mom and take her out for breakfast for her birthday. We all don't know the area very well so I searched Yelp and found Scramblez. It's such a cute hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Small and cozy. The prices are great for the portion size. The kids got chicken strips and fries and French toast. The chicken strips kids plate comes with two strips which are HUGE! We also ordered the Breakfast fries and 2 Campers Specials. The Campers Specials did NOT disappoint. My boyfriend and I wanted to try out a new place so we had brunch here. As soon as we walked in we were hit with the aroma of cleaning products. It's a small diner and there were no other customers besides us which should've been a clue as to how bad the place is. We ordered our food I ordered a western bacon cheese burger with fries and my boyfriend had eggs, bacon, sausage, and a side of hash browns. My burger was ok. The lettuce wasn't completely drained so my burger was soggy. The fries were bland and the burger was mediocre. My boyfriend's sausages were raw and his hash-browns were really oily and cold. His eggs were alright. He went to the bathroom and told me that they were really dirty. The waitress was talking to the other staff about personal affairs such as going to "a turn up."
