I'll start with the customer service, because that was honestly the biggest issue for me. The woman helping us (I believe the owner) came across very fake and a bit rude. She would interrupt conversations my boyfriend and I were having if she overheard something, even though we weren't talking to her. It felt intrusive and awkward. At one point my boyfriend was just standing there while I was shopping and she told him he could go stand outside if he was tired -- but it was 90° outside. That just felt unnecessarily rude. It also felt like she was following me around the store the entire time, which made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. Another thing worth mentioning is the store itself felt pretty warm, like the air conditioning wasn't running very strong. Unfortunately there was also noticeable body odor when checking out, and with the warmth of the store it made that interaction pretty unpleasant. Now as for the store itself. It's actually a large space, but it feels small because everything is packed in and the aisles are very narrow. It's definitely a tight store to walk through. They don't necessarily have a huge amount of inventory, but they do have a wide variety of items. If you're a scrapbooker, junk journaler, or paper crafter, you'll probably find something useful. One thing I noticed is they carry a lot of die cuts that I don't usually see in other stores. They also carry Vegas-themed scrapbook items, including Golden Knights themed paper and supplies, which could be useful if you're documenting a Vegas trip. I personally went looking for Toy Story paper and they didn't have it, but I did end up buying some pretty Prima paper sheets that were about $1-$2 each. Pricing overall felt high compared to other places. For example, one of the journals she was selling for $32 is the same one I've seen on Amazon for about $19.99, and Thickers were $9.99. I understand small stores sometimes charge more, but the price difference was noticeable. She also mentioned a mini album class for $275, which honestly surprised me and she proceeded to close it as I was thumbing through it I've been to so many scrapbooking and junk journal events in California and Nevada, so I've seen a lot of class pricing, and that felt extremely high, especially when the sample shows it's falling apart. They do hold crops in a back room, but from what I could see the tables are extremely close together -- closer than any crop setup I've personally experienced. Overall, the store does offer a good variety of supplies, but between the pricing and the customer service, I personally wouldn't go back unless I really needed something in a pinch. Otherwise I'd rather just go to Michael's, Hobby Lobby, a crop vendor, or order online. After visiting, I understand why several women I've met at crops say they usually avoid this store. read more

So much fun in this scrapbook store! The selection was so expansive, they have tape, paper, glue, stickers, you name it! The two sales associates Kandy and Julia were very kind and attentive, but gave us space and time to shop around the store. My mom and I went there about 30 minutes before closing and we did not feel rushed at all (although I recommend to give yourself more time because there is a ton to see!) Fab Fab Fab. So many choices. So much paper. I got some Thickers at $6 something, Some movie paper, some Minion paper, Yosemite kits, Toy Story stickers,Vicki Boutin. Yes Yes Yes. Finally a scrapbook store that carries cute stuff. Got to stay for a crop this visit. There were 6 of us so we got 1/2 table each. Got so much done. The owner helped me sooo much. Man was she nice. Fantastic stock! New stock, old stock... it depends on what you want. Check out clearance area. There are some great bargains. New stock has the latest and greatest stock. While this store had plenty of options, I could not get past how rude the manager was. Not only did she follow me around the store, she was also condescending and spoke to me and my husband as if we were children. She repeated said to us that "Texas people need to chill out" when we wanted all of our items in one way so that my daughter's stickers wouldn't get bent. I was in the store on March 22, 2025 and purchased a few items. The clerk asked me if I wanted my receipt sent to me by e-mail, I said yes, I should have said no because when I got home and checked my emails I saw that I was over charged by one sheet. I called and emailed them informing them about the over charge. I was told that they would issue a refund. Here we are on May 28, 2025 and still no refund on my cc card. I advise everyone to check the receipt for the correct charges. And don't believe them when they say they will give you a refund. That was just a lie. Buyer beware!! i visited this place back in december of (2024) and can't stop thinking about my experience!! i found this little gem through titkok and was honestly impressed by everything this store had to offer!! from stickers, to stationary, yarn, paper stock, ribbon, etc it was perfect & every junk journals girl dream. i think the one thing i most loved was how they had junk journal kits for anything, i got their beach one and loved all the stuff included. not only that, that staff was soo sweet and kind. i loved how they asked me questions about my style and how helpful they were to show me things i might be interested in to include on my next spread! i can't wait to revisit sometime soon again to get more supplies. :) read more

I found this hidden gem on my phone's map when I was looking for something else. I didn't know scrapbook stores were a thing. So awesome! The employees were so welcoming and helpful. There is a lot of product, so you'll find just about everything you need. What is written below by the business owner (under my original review 4 months ago) is an absolute lie. I think the many negative reviews from customers about her store speak for themselves. I never said I only had 20.00 or anything even remotely close to that. I went to the next scrapbook store and spent nearly 100.00 on crafting supplies. My friend is an avid crafter and talented scrapbooker so thought I would take her here. Figured I would say hello to the workers and just strike up conversation since I was excited to finally have the time visit the place. Sonia was very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful, so the 1 star is not for her. She is way more deserving of 5 stars for her service. Make sure to ask for her if you decide to visit. The manager on the other hand was the complete opposite and very condescending in her tone as if I didn't belong in the store. Not to mention the way she was very short and frank when interacting with my friend. She rudely told my friend to be more specific when asking for a particular item. It was identified it by brand and description so not sure what warranted that type of behavior from the manager. As far as the merchandising, it was crammed and makes the space seem unorganized and unwelcoming. If you want a more pleasant experience, I highly recommend going to the competitor a few minutes down the road. You'll be greeted with a friendly hello upon entering, be treated with respect, have space to walk around, and it has a better product line. You won't be disappointed! read more

What a wonderful experience! I'm still fairly new to scrapping and found the owner incredibly helpful, encouraging and completely charming! A friend and I were visiting Vegas on a girls' trip and decided to stop in...we were overwhelmed by the selection and wow'd by her helpfulness! So many unique Vegas and travel-themed items to be found here! She gave me lots of ideas and suggestions, but I never once felt pushed or pressured into buying a thing. My friend has many years of cropping under her belt and was likewise impressed with this store, their prices, and the owner herself! Ugh! What a terrible experience shopping here. Everything you don't want in a trip to the scrapbook store. I stopped by here on a trip to Vegas. While I will say the store was a decent size, and had lots of inventory, I wouldn't return on that alone. I walked in, and was greeted by the staff member. She proceeds to follow me around the store as I shop. I've worked retail - and in a scrapbook store - I get loss prevention, but this was a little nuts. I finally got around to a few seconds to just enjoy. I walk into the back section of the room. It's a crop area, and cardstock. Staff tells me - oh, I won't want anything in here! Shuffles me out. They lost that cardstock sale... I decide to just pay for the $20~ I've chosen. It tooo longer to pay than to shop. Staff had no idea how to ring in each paper, and it was painstaking! Finally we're done and I hand her my CC. She asks for ID with it. No biggie - I hand it over. She looks carefully at both, and hands my cards back. She says "thanks Jamie!" (Umm...my name is not Jamie...and not even close to it!). Whatever! Three tries later, she finally gets my card numbers in correctly (using an iPad as a register). Asks if I want a receipt. Yes, please. Gives me the option to email it to myself. I do. 30mins later I see the email. She's charged me for a $3 sheet of stickers I didn't even get (I got no stickers whatsoever). I did email a response to this. Haven't heard back, but we'll see... All told, I'll avoid this store from now on...only due to this staff. read more

Well maybe I would have liked it I don't know... It said open on the door it says call to be let in as I am upstairs working come on up there is clearance. Okay I get it... I call and it disconnects. I think okay maybe I dialed incorrectly but it did the same thing. I can't do stairs, calling didn't work so I am riding away with no shopping done. I got married here in Vegas so I come to Scrapbooksrus every year while I'm in town, with the exception of last year (Covid), and I've never had a problem. I absolutely love Kyandy! She's knowledgeable and super sweet . If I have any questions/concerns, I always ask her; not put a ridiculous whining post on Yelp. We're all human and no one is perfect. As a fairly new scrapbooker, I always have a theme in mind or some kind of idea. When I tell Kyandy about it, she always gives me ideas or suggestions and she has never pressured me into buying anything in her store. So for the actual scrapbooking, it really is an expensive hobby. Yes I have found some scrapbook supplies on sale, but majority of the time it can be pricey; I've realized that as soon as started making pages with all these embellishments lol. I was looking for a specific album (project life) online. They had it so I felt it was steep at least 10.00 over priced but since they were in the US I decided to purchase. They also charged 25.00 shipping and all it said was large box! I figured they would send priority or FEDEX! 10 days later the box turns up beaten with holes!!!! At least the album in which was a late gift was spared!!! Come to see on label they had the nerve of shipping media mail and pocketing 15.00 for the shipping (I checked with usps) and the album has the price of 29.99!! Wow don't online shop with this store I guess they feel the loss of business should be consumers problem!!!! Guess what we all have suffered losses but do not feel stored should treat customers like this! Then I emailed them and of course no reply came S I questioned their method of shipping......another scrapbook store that will go OUT OF BUSINESS because they can't help themselves in ripping of online shoppers! This LSS (Local Scrapbook Store, or Local Supply Store) is awesome. Kyandy, the owner, is super nice and she is amazingly talented and creative. This really shows throughout her store because her projects and project ideas are EVERYWHERE in the store! Turn a corner and BAM! there's another idea or one of her projects, showing you exactly what you can do with the supplies you purchase from her or the crops she offers at her store. The store is very clean (always!!) and does NOT smell at all (like another local, small business craft store here in Vegas). You walk in, and are greeted not only by a well organized store, but by cute projects strategically placed throughout the store to show what can be done with said supplies that are being sold (as I previously stated). I especially love the huge hutch in the back where mini embellishments are sold by the single piece (i.e. 3 for .50, 4 for $1.00, etc). She also sells ribbon and threads by the yard, which is helpful if you only need a certain amount for a project. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and well organized store, HUGE supply stock, custom made pages, cuts and projects, special orders if needed!! Can't ask for a better store and more friendly and knowledgeable staff to run this local Scrapbook and Paper crafting store. :) I really don't understand the 2 bad reviews she's gotten here on Yelp, because I've never heard her be rude to any customer and the one bad review from Jessica M. here on Yelp must be a "grudge" thing because she didn't even give a reason as to why she found the store to be so "awful" and the owner to be so "ghetto". Other than Jessica just being racist, I see no reason for her bad review. I shop at Scrapbook Kyandyland several times a month and I've never had a bad experience and Kyandy has never been anything other than helpful and polite. She love to chit chat (when time permits) and she is on top of her game as far as knowing all of the companies and the lines available. If can give no stars!! I would!! I went in to the scrapbookrus 3 weeks ago trying to incorporate a memorial for my husband that had passed with the Covid in April 2020. As I proceeded to show her CANDY how I wanted my scrapbook cards to send to family members and friends, at the time candy seem to be helpful but I had to do the work as for getting all the pictures which is fine when it came time to incorporate the memorial cards with the pictures she would not let me see 1 card already complete. I felt that I needed to be able to see what I'm paying for before she goes into making the amount of cards that I was ordering. She would not let me see nor even put 1 together so I would have an idea vision of how my cards were going to look like.. she was very rude and treat me in a way that I was already in an emotional state after losing my husband for 48 years due to Covid.. I feel that she was going to charge me for the cards that I ordered because she prepared them but yet I was not allowed to see them. To me that is very bad business I took my cards I said I'll do it myself or find someone else and I went over to the paper Bunny which was wonderful helpful and I was able to show them my idea of what I was wanting in the memorial cards with the pictures that I was able to give them.. paper bunny work so hard it was worth every dime that I paid them and more I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness I recommend them 110% if you have any needs of scrapbooking or just wanting someone to help you design a memorable day or time.. Again I don't appreciate being rude to specially when I'm putting out money with some idea that I have in myself in mind.. Plus one time I went to the store which says it's open 10 to 6 it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and that was closed on a Thursday.. Another sign of bad!! business! read more

I wasn't optimistic when I saw the shopping center where this store is located, but was pleasantly surprised by all the new merchandise inside. Everything was bright and happy and the store has TONS of things to choose from! The owner was very friendly and helpful. She even offers a pick-up service for customers without a car for a very reasonable price. (Clever woman!) If you can't find something to love here, there's something wrong with you! I have gone back a few times thinking to myself, everyone has a bad day maybe that was hers. I have gone to a few scrapbook stores in the past, but I have to say this was a very emotional experience for me! So my father passed away and i was tasked with writing and reading his eulogy. After hours I got out what I wanted to say! Then I had the idea of making a nice peace with the euogly on it for my family across the country who couldn't be with us! I was refured by a friend. I called ahead to explain what I wanted to get done and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and asked me if I could email her the eulogy so they could have it typed up when I got there! When I arrived it was written up and we went over it to make sure everything was spelt right and the commas and everything was where it needed to be. Then we went through tons of fonts, and she never once lost her patients with me! I wanted it to be perfect, and with her ideas added to some of mine it was and I left happy! They both welcomed me to come back with hugs and all!! Only request was come back with happier times! And I will be back at the end of July!! read more

It saddens me to have to talk about my in-creditably horrible experience 3 days ago at this scrapbook store. As my GF and I looked around the store, I asked the employee if they happen to have any sales or clearance items. From that moment on, she continued to insult me. Even though there was a purple banner with the word SALE on the front window of the store, I was told that a "real scrapper" would not ask if anything was on sale. She kept saying that a "real scrapbook-er" pays full price for basically anything and everything, never shops at Michael's or Joanne's etc. She was very condescending the entire time I was in the store. We were shocked by the way she treated me. She didn't know me at all...if she only knew I have one room in my house that is only scrapbook stuff. I will never step foot into that store again. I scrapbook pretty much everyday but because I asked if they had any sales all of a sudden I am not "a real scrapbook-er." Hopefully she was just having a bad day and is more appreciative of her customers in the future. read more
