I've been taking my dog here for years. I can't recommend this place enough to people looking for a daycare/ boarding for their pups. They are amazing. At one point, there was a Dogtopia that opened up 5 min. from where I work, and I made the mistake of switching daycares because it was much closer. Ended up bringing my pup back here after she was injured at that Dogtopia and I never heard back from the owner. I will never make that mistake again. Wag is so much better in terms of communication and how responsive they are to anything I bring up. Plus their staff is amazing with my pup, every time we come in they know her and are so excited to see her and vice versa. She practically forgets about me when they lead her in. Lol. And she always leaves exhausted after a day here because they have so many activities and cute little crafts they do with the pups depending on which day of the week you go. Also the indoor pool. I also boarded her here for about a week during a vacation last year and felt so at ease knowing she was safe and in such good hands. I received updates constantly. That's another thing too, the text communication makes things so quick and easy, especially for appointments. Plus they keep on top of vaccinations and fecals, which is so important. I could go on and on, but this place is like the Hilton for doggy daycares, but it's actually affordable. Lol. You won't find a better spot for your fur baby. read more

My Max loves this place, the second I turn the corner and he knows where he is he starts getting excited in the car. He is always so excited to go pay with his friends that he doesn't even look back to say bye. I have to confuse I really like him seeing enjoying the company of other dogs. Best day ever! We have dropped our dog off at many a daycare and he has never come home so happy and tired. He had a wonderful day with the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I posted a negative review on Google. Angela, the business owner, basically came up with answers that negated my issues with Wag. I will grant that Wag has great facilities for dogs. However, the bigger issue is how the dogs are cared for by the staff. One of my dogs needs to take 7 pills per day. I put the pills in one bottle, and told the vet tech what needed to be done. She screwed it up. When I picked up my dogs, they were urine-laden. Angela is telling her clients on the web that they were wet from water. She is lying. If I could give this place a million stars I would! The staff here is absolutely incredible. The way they embrace our dog when we walk through the door I know in my heart they love him as much as we do. The facility is clean and has activities galore. Our guy learned to swim here and now loves the water. He is socialized with other dogs and is better for it. We get picture updates and report cards on his day. My dog was boarded there twice. I liked receiving daily photos and add-on options. Unfortunately, when I picked my dog up after his second stay there, he was bleeding and injured. We had to rush him to the vet and was told he had a "traumatic injury," that consisted of SIGNIFICANT BRUISING AND LACERATIONS! Kate followed up with me a few days later and told me she will be reviewing the cameras to find out what happened. It doesn't seem they followed their own procedures during my dog's stay there, resulting in his injury. And I got conflicting stories about staff not seeing any bleeding, but later saying they saw bleeding the day before but couldn't tell where it was coming from. Kate said the owner would be following up with me that same day or the next day. No one has reached out to date. Thankfully my dog recovered (two vet visits later- costing $400), but I will never use Wag Central again under any circumstance. read more

Butttt the cutest thing, they are doing a thing called "wag n woofle" where you can drive over with your pup and stay safe in your car and they will give them a treat! Massive decline in Wag Central, the staff have completely changed and are now very junior and inexperienced. This has lead to a different approach with the staff showing a lack of interest, dedication or passion. It actually felt like they didn't want to be there or cared about the dogs. Our dog Delta has been there twice in the past couple of weeks. The place is beautiful and staff super friendly, but the nicest thing was to see how happy she was to go back the second time. We received photos and cute texts from our dog each evening. You can tell that the staff genuinely enjoy the dogs. My wife is so impressed with the place that she wants to work there. When I dropped off Delta the first time, I was so impressed with how nice the facility was that I took pics for my wife and told her that she would want to live there. My only negative comment would be that the intake processing took 15 -20 minutes, but they have only been open for a couple of weeks, so that will improve as they refine the process. read more

This place is like a five star hotel for doggies! We toured a few other places in the area and were totally impressed with Wag Central! After visiting three other kennels, this one really took the cake with this family! Our boys absolutely loved the lobby, and seeing how happy the dogs were in the play areas. I like how they offer cute activities for the pups, and have photo shoots for special holidays and occasions like back to school week, and Labor Day. I got to see some of their cute client shoots, and the care they take of these doggies is just outstanding. You can tell they really love working with the pups, and know how to keep the dogs happy and engaged. They offer different sized overnight suites for different families, and even offer discount pricing for longer stays and additional pets in the same family. Their lobby is pretty neat, and doubles as a retail store and bakery for the dogs. We picked out a new toy for our dog, and marveled at the decor and personal touches in and around the reception area. The noise and chaos in the back where the dogs are was a little off-putting, but the dogs did seem to be having a lot of fun in the daycare program, unlike the dogs in the other kennels we visited prior. There was a slight urine smell around the back of the building (we only walked around because my boys wanted to see if we could view the dogs playing- which you can't, FYI!) but the entire building looked extremely clean and smelled great inside. We wished that the pool was bigger, and that they had free swim time for the dogs, but it does work if you want your dog to learn how to be a better swimmer. It's a cute concept. The most important part was that the dogs seemed happy, which was why this kennel was our first choice overall. We can't wait to schedule our interview! The "interview/first day" is cheaper than a full day's price of daycare, which is great, since their daycare is a little pricy. read more

Since then, they put new rules in place and everything has been going smoothly. We love Wag! My dog is always beside himself with excitement when we arrive for daycare. They send pictures throughout the day and he looks like he's having so much fun. My dog always comes home happy and tired. The facility is very clean, everyone is friendly, and you can tell the staff really love to work with the dogs. They recognize the dogs by name, and my dog is always happy to see them. We have also used boarding, training, and grooming at Wag and highly recommend those services as well. read more

This place is great. Let me start at the beginning,I had to board my dogs two mixed breeds,teddy who is a large older dog and a mixed border collie named Skyler she is just a year old,(need I say more). I stopped in wag central to make a appointment for a tour,I met Lisa p,and she informed me that I didn't need a appointment she would do the tour right then. Lisa showed me the entire facility and answered every one of my questions,and believe me I had many. She gave me paperwork to start the process. I followed through,it was then time to have my dogs evaluated by the staff. It was here I met Danielle and Angela they took my dogs for the evaluation to see if they were appropriate for wag central. Both ladies took their time with teddy and Skyler,they answered all of my questions. They also recommended that because sky is a pup and never interacted with other dogs other than teddy that Skyler would be more successful if I did some daycare before boarding. It was also their suggestion that teddy accompanied sky. Any suggestions that allow my dogs to become more confident I am all for. Plus this arrangement would also allow me to become more trusting of the staff,and get to know them better. When I dropped my dogs off for daycare I met miss Mattie and anella, there was a sign that welcomed teddy and Skyler to daycare. The wag central staff has your dogs best interest in mind. They emailed me pictures,and never made me feel anything but comfortable and part of the wag central family. Now the hard part I had to go away for over a week. They told me all of what I needed to prepare for ted,and sky's boarding. I cried the afternoon I dropped them off for a extended boarding retreat. Upon leaving my dogs there I felt I had made the best decision for their safety and well being. I also sought out my veterinarians opinion of wag central. His response was it's the Hilton for dogs I want to go there. Now if you have not been bored reading my story, it is my opinion that my dogs were as well cared for at wag central just as if I was caring for them my self at my home. We have two rescues. One of them was rescued from a puppy mill breeder down south. She was found among dozens of dead and rotting dogs in a box truck in 90degree temps. It took us months of work just to get her to come out from behind the couch. Thankfully she made big improvements and is thriving. But needless to say, She is not great with new people, and we've been discouraged over the years from different groomers that she didn't trust. I take her lead, she's a much better judge of character. All that said, we have been to Wags several times for nails and now baths. Till now (almost 10 years) she's never let anyone bath her. We use "wags" as a phrase to get her motivated. I tell her we're going and she runs to the door. That's enough for me! Oh and the staff and owners have been amazing on every visit. AND the facility as clean as a hospital but much warmer. We're customers for life. read more

This is the first time we ever used a kennel for our dog while we went away. We were very nervous, because our dog is very hyper. But he loved it! The staff was amazing with him, and sent us pictures everyday! As soon As we walked in he ran off and started playing with the other dogs. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. My family and I. We had a tour and it was fantastic the place was immaculate, when we went there they already had roughly a dozen dogs and it didn't smell like dog at all. They also had hand made treats,they also had healthy no hide chews that don't have any chemicals, bleaches, formaldehyde's, additives, gluten, wheat, or dairy. My dog is allergic to wheat and dairy so I respect that they consider all dog allergies. I also saw two dogs whom were sick and were being cared for. I would recommend taking a tour. Everything is state of the art. I am considering taking my Golden Retriever there. I will edit my review later. read more

Wag Central is a beautiful place. The staff that takes care of the dogs are super nice and caring. The place is ultra clean and no doggy odor. It is very well maintained and State -of-the- Art Equipment. However, the Front Desk and the people who sit there are not very well trained. So Beware. The Management calls their mistakes the "hazards of a new business". I call it "not being trained". e.g. My Daycare invoice should have been $59.56 they withdrew from my credit card $123.37 . When brought to their attention they were suppose to credit my account for $63.81 but never did. So, I had to have my bank do it. Also,They gave my dogs double shots of the same vaccine when they should only have had one. My friend dog Chippy" was lost but was wearing a" Wag Central" tag . The person who found him in the street called Wag Central and was told they never had a dog Chippy registered with them. The person at the desk should have known if he is wearing a tag there must be a connection and should have entered his name in there computer. Because of lack of common sense, Chippy was taken to the animal shelter. read more
