We wanted to ensure getting a set of windows changed and he helped do an initial measure and then gave us a run down presentation of our options and the technology behind the windows being replaced ( retrofits). As of yesterday and before the end of March, our door has been expertly installed by Rob (Robert) who showed up on time and worked efficiently. He reviewed our order, explained the installation process and was extremely detail oriented from beginning to end. He's personable and definitely an expert in his craft! He got right to the removal of the old frame & door and was methodical in his approach to framing out the new one. Looking at the options, I made a smart conscious decision to go for the non-milgard and opted for the crystal pacific vista to replace the six windows. Eric also worked with me to reduce the required DP from 50-25. A very efficient team, Javier showed up the next day to finalize the inspection and measurements for the windows.
