Employees complained about us, mocked our requests, and admitted themselves they "couldn't believe" the state of the work. * Payment bait-and-switch. We chose this company because they promised full credit card payment with no fee. They changed policy mid-project and refused to honor the agreement. When we escalated to management and even the owner, we were brushed off and told no refund or adjustment would be given.
