My iPhone 7+ died and would not respond to attempts to charge it. There was also a problem with the port and so I contacted Screenworks and they promptly responded with possible solutions (battery and clean or replace the port) and their costs. I went the next day and Jimmy was able to look at the phone and within 15 minutes gave me a diagnosis and within another 15 minutes I was most pleased and impressed to have my phone back working (the battery was the culprit and the port was still usable) and was able to save $10 with the coupon offered on their web page. They have been there for eight years, and I can understand why and now I know where to go the next time I have a problem with my phone. read more

I came in here just curious to see if my iPhone 6 Plus could be repaired by them at the cheapest value just for the sake of recovering data due to what I thought was just touch screen disease. It turned out that after Jimmy inspected it with Austin there was more to it than just that...it had long screw damage on the motherboard that prevented it from a regular screen repair. I'm glad I went here because they were quick, knowledgeable, and suggested that I reach out to iPadRehab in New York in case I wanted to recover the data from my phone. Okay so I had a iPhone 5s with a screen so bad everything was blue and I couldn't unlock the screen. I looked a various places in my area and it was either a kiosk in the mall or screenworks. I went with screenworks due to the perfect rating and the $20 coupon off Yelp. I came in as they opened and was helped right away. It took about 30 minutes and it came out great! After a few days I noticed one area was unresponsive at times and took it back today for them to look at (1/21/16). They gave me a whole new screen and everything works perfect now. This happened a little over a month ago but I am still telling everyone how amazing ScreenWorks is. I've used their services twice the first time they fixed my screen and replaced my very poor battery very efficiently there was hardly any wait time at all! The second Time I was experiencing audio issues as well as a cracked screen. I called and asked for an estimate and they said they would need to run a diagnostic test which would possibly cost. I came in one afternoon, there was no wait and I handed him my phone. He ran a diagnostic and told me that my audio card was degrading (just from heavy use) and he suggested that it would be more cost efficient to just buy a new phone. It was very refreshing not to hear someone constantly up selling and have a genuine answer. He did not even charge me for the diagnostic test! I will definitely be coming back for any tech issues I am having because of this quality service read more

Few weeks ago the screen and the glass back of my note 9 cracked and since I keep my phones for a while I decided the fix it. I found and called screenworks. Since they didn't have the parts in stocks I gave them a deposit and they ordered the parts. Once parts arrived they called me and went there and dropped off my phone. The whole thing took just under an hour and the job was done professionally. The price quoted was more than average, but they did a great job which I highly recommend. If you're an apple user, they usually have everything in stocks, but if you're like me and use android phones, then you're gonna need to wait few days for them to get the parts.
