    Loved the Asiago bagel
    Jeff R.

Scribblers Coffee Co was a cute little coffee shop. It had a fair amount of seating for being a pretty small building. Scribblers offered a good selection of coffee drinks that sounded delicious. Ive recently given up coffee so I was unable to sample. For breakfast I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel. It came with Egg , bacon or sausage (I picked sausage), white cheddar, tomato and greens. I thought it was delicious! I'd definitely get it again if I return!

Probably the best place to eat in the Geneva area. Quaint, friendly staff, numerous beverage options, and some food choices.

Veggie Fritatta, Blueberry muffin, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with bacon, 2 strawberry banana smoothies
    Michaela S.

Great place for a quick breakfast, catch-up with friends, or even a board game meet-up! We stopped in around 11 on a Saturday, and there was ample parking and a few people in the shop already. We were quickly greeted and ordered strawberry banana smoothies, veggie frittata, blueberry muffin, and an egg and cheese sandwich with bacon. The people who took our order were very friendly and our name was called quickly. The veggie frittata was honestly one of the best I've had, which prompted my partner to go back and order a mini quiche, which was also amazing! The blueberries in the muffin tasted great, but it was more bready and not so muffin-y so it wasn't super sweet. However, if you take a look at the photo, it was clearly delicious. This is definitely a shining star in Geneva, and I will be back for sure!

One of the many great flavor's from Scribbler's.

Stopped today for some Pumpkin spice beans. They are a great way to bring warm, cozy flavors to coffee. The cinnamon, nutmeg, and hint of pumpkin make for a perfect fall-inspired anytime brew. A pour-over for overnight iced coffee , letting the flavors meld overnight enhances the taste even more. Thank you for crafting a great product with value and your many great flavor's of fresh roasted beans

The environment here is so nice! Great people, great food and drink, and it's nicely decorated. Just an overall great place to spend time.

Just had to leave a review for this place because I had a good laugh while reading Yelp reviews…read morewhile dining there. So I thought I would pop in for a more positive sort of review. First I want to say our server I believe his name was Chase was on top of it. He was very friendly, accommodating and energetic. I really wanted to like our food but some things were just kinda off , BUT BIG portions we could not finish anything. We started with the salad for two, it was beautiful & fresh looking but just was bland. Both the blue cheese and ranch dressing was devoid of flavor. The chicken Thai soup had amazing flavor but the chicken was just basically left over char grilled chicken breast that they cut into huge pieces and put in the soup. It was the type of chicken that would go on a salad. The chicken was good but just didn't fit with the soup. I was hoping for some more vegetables but there were zero. The truffle Parmesan fries were probably my favorite they needed some salt but felt healthy & homemade. My husband ordered the NY steak, he loved how it was cooked and loved the taste of the charbroil. So would definitely recommend that. The whipped mashed potatoes also he loved, they were kinda oily for my taste. Overall I truly hope they make it and read all their yelp reviews and make some positive changes :) Lastly the ambiance was clean, modern, comfortable booths and when we are driving thru the area we will probably stop in again. So if you are driving along the highway and want to check it out I would say give it a try.

No frills, no extras needed- just perfectly cooked, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth burgers & steaks. And the jalapeño honey butter cornbread? Sweet, spicy, buttery heaven. The kind of side you dream about long after dinner. Sometimes simple really is everything.

I wrote a review eight years ago and wanted to update. The guy I was dating (now I'm happily…read moresingle) is gone and this is a place I've ventured to many days on my own. I sit at the bar and enjoy a Wine Burger. Just... this is the BEST burger. They DO have wonderful food, and great specials- (of note the Pasta Sunday!) But then if I DON'T get the Wine Burger... I ask myself why didn't I just get the Wine Burger?! lol. To save my poor frazzled mind, that Burger- which is heaven on a plate -is a must. So now I order it and you can change the sides, add a salad- etc. But just get this scrumptious lil slice of Burger Heaven. The service is just fine, but it is slower-so you'll see me scrolling at the bar, yet the food is so worth it. The wine is sweet- as in sticky sweet so if you like the better wineries- Old Mill is those sweet comfort wines. I know what they have and when it's warmer I get a Grindstone Pink, but I like their Chardonnay. For this high palate wine drinker, it's mellow, soft and refreshing. Sure, it's not a high end fancy chard, but it's theirs and I love it. The atmosphere is rustic, cute, funky and casual. I love sitting outside too in the spring/summer. This is my spot. I'll bring friends visiting the area here (to get my Wine Burger- lol). What usually happens is that everyone orders something else and then my Wine Burger arrives. "Oh wow, that looks awesome." "I should've ordered that- maaaan that looks good!" "Hey you don't want to trade do you?" "Oooh! Can I try a little bite?!" No. Get your own. I warned you and I will fight you on this. lol! So go here and always get the wine burger and you'll leave with a tummy full of joy and a smile. This little place may not be a fancy, high end dining experience- but to me it's laid back, delicious- pure joy. It doesn't need fancy trappings or even expensive prices. It's home. Get a Wine Burger. Amen.

We ordered 3 appetizers - pretzels, spinach dip potatoes, and old mill dip. And 3 meals - bacon-chicken-ranch wrap, and 2 kids cheeseburgers. One kid loved his burger and the other said it was okay. The old mill dip was fantastic. Soon dip potatoes were okay - not as flavorful as I expected. Overall I'd come back and would recommend!

The app had a offer for free fries , it scanned for points but wouldn't take the fries off. Just off the managers terrible attitude I would reccomend avoiding this location! The bad attitude wasn't isolated to just us, it was freely given to anyone, customers and staff. On a side note the frys were terrible, BUT the chicken nuggets were very good!. Another item to note is the bathrooms, they are not properly maintained and no soap in the woman's restroom. I usually won't leave a poor review especially on my first visit, however the attitude from the manager made sure I left my experience so others could see and decide for themselves.

I stopped here to have a back up in case I didn't like my dinner from next-door which I didn't think I was going to like and I was right. I simply didn't feel like crossing the road and sitting in a long line. Well, I should've. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger for some reason it was $2.49 thought that was expensive but I just wanted to get back to the hotel I got back to the hotel and I had a big burger that I swear had sweet pickles on it. I didn't order sweet pickles. I didn't even know that they had sweet pickles, but it was definitely sweet pickles which makes me a little heebed out because I don't think Wendy's has sweet pickles -so what did I eat? As far as ambience, the building itself almost looks deserted. It has a help-wanted sign on it which almost looks like a for sale or for rent or some kind of weird sign and the entire three days that I've been at the hotel next to it. I don't think I've seen more than one person to go to this so why I went I don't know. Maybe it was curiosity??? As far as service, I wouldn't have called them rude but what they did same as they seemed slow, not personable, not welcoming... But I wouldn't call them rude as some reviewers have called them They seem more like they hated their job. Or we're super Duper tired. Do yourself a favor go to their competition across the street.

There's blue potato chips (which I thought were awful, I've had better brands elsewhere) , vegan burgers, handmade soaps that smell delightful. A mixture of home decor and hard to find drinks (ex: green tea flavored rice water & Reed's raspberry ginger beer). You can even purchase lucky bamboo & healing stones here. Although I wouldn't recommend bringing young children here, it's well worth exploring. And you can't go wrong with the helpful & friendly customer service either.
