One of the employees quickly met me as I pulled into the parking lot, asked what I needed, and pointed me in the right direction. After switching things around on my end to accommodate their request, when I dropped the car off they said they were 5 hours behind schedule. (It was now about 11:30 am and original appointment was at 1:00 pm) but they would still be able to finish it that day. Left the car, never got a call back so called them about 25 minutes before close to see if it was ready. They said it was so I ran over about 10 minutes prior to close and paid and grabbed the keys and thanked them. Stopped by with a second driver the next day (they were closed) and lo and behold they had never touched the car. Had to wait the next day until they were open and they were unapologetic and run and gave me the run around before finally issuing a refund. Lots of other choices. Go somewhere else.
