They would call when ready. Four hours later, no call, walked back and saw my car outside. 'We just got done' but the engine was cold when started.

No…read moremore, I took my truck in yesterday and what a disappointment! $7.00 for a "first class" car wash. Ok fine, but they had almost no water with the wash. I mean like --no water. Nothing got clean! Bugs still smooshed to the windshield, brake dust on all the rims, grime in the wheel wells. It was total crap and a waste of $7.00 for sure. The back gate of my truck was not touched at all. The dry off portion of the wash did very little to dry what little water they sprinkled on. But that may have been the best part as I was able to use an old towel and at least scrub the bugs off my windshield. I am going to rewash it by hand tonight in my driveway. Never again Scrub A Dub!

Avoid. In a nutshell, just grossly Incompetent…read more Had an appointment for tires. They called the morning of the appointment asking me to bring the car in earlier. After switching things around on my end to accommodate their request, when I dropped the car off they said they were 5 hours behind schedule. (It was now about 11:30 am and original appointment was at 1:00 pm) but they would still be able to finish it that day. Left the car, never got a call back so called them about 25 minutes before close to see if it was ready. They said it was so I ran over about 10 minutes prior to close and paid and grabbed the keys and thanked them. Stopped by with a second driver the next day (they were closed) and lo and behold they had never touched the car. Had to wait the next day until they were open and they were unapologetic and run and gave me the run around before finally issuing a refund. Lots of other choices. Go somewhere else.
