The employees here are SO helpful and the store has a huge selection of all sorts of uniform items. I went in to get a few shirts for an upcoming school program and get patches sewn on to each. Jessica -- who assisted during checkout -- walked me through the entire process, was helpful with all of the available options, and just made the overall process a pleasant one. The staff knows their inventory incredibly well and they're dialed on what departments and school programs have which uniform specifications. I've been to ACE a few times now. The store is always clean and orderly. Each time I was greeted and treated with care and respect. The staff is super friendly and jumps right in getting me fitted with just the right size, and/or answering my questions. They measured me on the spot, send them out for tailoring, and pickup within a few days. I had to come back to order additional uniforms bc of weight gain. No questions, just smiles and great customer service. On this note, I used the email system for a couple of questions and ACE staff got back to me right away - completing my request. They have an excellent selection of medical uniforms with different designs and styles. Also, the customer service is great. Nice supply of product and the go to for LE equipment. However, they are notoriously short staffed and it's difficult to get assistance. I was told to try on my uniform and then the lady would measure me for alterations. When I came out of the dressing room, she vanished for 10 minutes. So I just changed back into my regular clothes without being measured, purchase the uniforms and went straight to California Uniform to get measured for alterations immediately.
