The guys in the front that are supposed to scrub your grill/front bumper half-assed the scrubbing and SURPRISE!, bugs and road junk are still there. Don't even try to talk to management about it either, it's useless. They'll say that it's "road tar" and that the wash isn't equipped to handle it. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I've had better car washes from an East Texas thunderstorm.

Nonetheless, I paid my $5 and proceeded to enjoy the soap suds cascading down my window from the machine. And plus, both employees scrubbed the bugs from my bumper. Other than the weird employee waving me through prior to my paying first, I felt that this is an okay place to stop at when in Kilgore.
