Honestly I keep finding myself coming back here because the owner is so sweet and this last experience really validated my decision to still support this business. I had bought a cute comfy Koi lab coat for work for days I didn't feel like wearing scrubs and ordered embroidery to the left chest with my credentials. Three days later it was ready for pickup and I found the embroidery company stitched the wrong side. They sent it back to have it unstitched but because it was still obvious the stitching was removed, the embroiderer was set to buy a new coat for the store and re-embroider it. The owner decided to call me and offer to take it home, wash, steam, and try to see what progress could be made on it, in case we could make it look like-new to the unstitched side. I came back in and looked it over. It didn't look 100% but it looked so much better and to the untrained eye, it was not noticeable. I could personally see the difference, but it was barely noticeable honestly. Probably to the extent of maybe how it would have looked after three weeks of wearing it maybe. The owner refunded the embroidery fee of ~$12, and then gave me 20% off the coat itself which was very generous. I'm really happy with the coat actually, and the discount took the disappointment away entirely of the jacket not being pristine. No one noticed and it saved the embroiderer from buying a new jacket for the store. Thank you so much for working with me and making the situation right! I needed some embroidered lab coat for my Wife for a gift and this store had a really nice collection from Koi. The owner Sheri was kind enough to model them for me and rush ordered the embroidery. She did not care for the way the draft logs appeared and contacted me. We made adjustments and it was all good. Unfortunately, the embroider made an error changing an E to a C on the coat. Sheri came in on her day off, picked up the coats, took them too her embroider, corrected them, and had them back in time for Mothers Day. Overall, even though we had to make an extra trip, the owner really went the extra mile for us. My wife liked the product so much and the owners personal care, we ordered an extra 2 more. Went to 4 other local scrub stores in the area, came here after calling. Of the 4 stores, this location has a good variety and colors. Plus the woman working has a great knowledge of styles and sizes. I found the sizes that fit me and I'm 6'8, the only downside is to get the perfect fit, it would have to be special ordered, which in todays Bidenflation would be expensive and take forever to get.. it's crazy that not one location carried tall sizes... 3XL or 6XL dont get any longer, just wider.. maybe a hint, to order 1 or 2 colors in Tall sizes.. just incase someone wants them, like have a BIG & TALL Section read more

The retail store has both excellent variety of products as well as quality of service. VERY HAPPY with my experience at this location. First time going in today and was helped by sherry, the owner. She was so pleasant to talk too as she was patient, attentive, and quiet knowledgeable when it came to purchasing the right scrubs for me. My friend and I needed scrubs for school and this was our first time purchasing scrubs of any kind. Sherry really walked us through the whole process. She gave us great recommendations and professional opinions with her years of experience working there. We didn't even realize, but the time flew by and it was 35 minutes past the closing time! I came here for the second time ONLY because I needed scrubs in a certain color ASAP. My first visit was in October 2013 (see last review) and my opinion on this place changed. So, I come in and see the same guy that I saw last time. I overheard that his name is along the lines of Sabaz, Shabaz or something like that? I assume he is the owner. He is a salesman so of course he's helpful when you're looking for something. He pointed out that the long pants I wanted came in petite size which was perfect so I didn't have to spend an extra $5 and waste time to get it hemmed. Same prices as last time. About $22+ a piece for Cherokee, Grey's Anatomy, Maevn, Koi scrubs. I told him I wanted to try a set of scrubs on again just to make sure I like it and he gave me a weird look. The scrub top in the size and color I needed was the last one BUT I discovered it had 3 little rips on the front chest area. Looked like scratches. I came out of the fitting room and told him "I like this one, but there's some damage." **BEFORE** he even saw what I was talking about, he says "There's no damage!!! What damage?!" in a rude, aggressive tone. I gave him the top (as much as I wanted to shove it in his face for assuming there was nothing wrong without even looking at it), pointed it out, and he says "oh.... *long pause while staring at it*... I'll give you discount." He gave me 40% off the top. While ringing me up, a woman pulls up in her car and walks up to the store. Before she walks thru the door, the owner guy goes "siiiiiiiiigh, really?! It's 7:00!" 7:00pm is when they close. And it was actually 6:58pm! AND he should've locked the door or told her to leave! When she walks in, she instantly compliments his store by saying they have the biggest selection of scrubs compared to other stores. I hope he felt like an ass. I will always make sure to shop online where scrubs are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper, where there is a wide variety, and where you don't have to deal with rude customer service! read more

It's been a couple of years since I've been to this store. To be honest with you, I'd much rather be buying cute clothes I like instead of scrubs for work so I put off buying them until I absolutely have to.... Because I liked Scrubs 4 U so much the first time, I headed down to see what they had in store for me this time. Totally different vibe. I had to search for anything I liked, the prices seemed higher and there was a generally odd feeling in the store. I was super thankful when other people showed up because it wasn't comfortable being the only person there. They offered to order me in sizes and colors but sorry, I'm not going to pay up front for something that I haven't tried on and apparently can't return later. So no, I don't think I'll be back. I found the coat I wanted for around $25, and it was an extra $13 for one line of embroidered text. wait time was estimated to be approximately 3 days. 12 days later I went in to check on it because I had not heard back. It was not done, and they could not find the order. Long story short, aside from the initial "sale," this place was a hassle to deal with. Poor customer service. Only came because my school has affiliation with this store. Will not be returning. Was told on 12/6 that my order would be ready in 2 weeks...order was not ready until 1/17. Called day of pick up, to ask if my order was ready. Man who answered phone just stated it was ready since they called me but did not check if it was indeed ready. After researching all the scrubs options in south county, I only found a couple small stores nearby. EZ Scrubs didn't seem to exist, Life Uniforms was too small, and so I tried the third location on my list: Scrubs 4 U. What a wonderful surprise! They only opened four months ago, but they already have a huge selection of styles, brands, and cuts with a large range of sizes from XXS - XXL. The woman working was incredibly nice and would pull different sizes and styles she thought I'd like as I tried on dozens of tops and pants. They even carry a brand new scrub label called "Peaches" which I liked the best and hadn't seen at any of the other stores/online sites I had been to. The brand has lots of colors and the cuts have princess seams which allow the scrub top to be nicely fitted on top, rather than the boxy standard scrub look. In addition, the prices were very good and comparable to even online scrub sites. My favorite cut, color, and length of Dickie's pants were temporarily out, but she took down my information and offered to contact me as soon as they came in. I needed some scrubs for my new job and searched all over for the best prices. I ended up coming to Scrubs 4 U because of its proximity and promising Yelp reviews. I also liked that it was super conveniently located right off the 5 freeway. The store itself isn't too big, but has a nice array of options. The scrubs are sectioned off into brands, like Grey's Anatomy, Dickies, Cherokee and Peaches. There's a nice 30% off rack in the back, but not too many items there to choose from. I didn't get the greatest vibe from the lady working there (not too friendly), but she was helpful. She picked out a couple of XXS scrubs for me while I was in the dressing room (they are limited on their XXS/petite sizes here) and didn't bother me while I browsed around. I'm not sure how much other stores charge for scrubs, but I guess prices here were decent. I ended up paying $70 for 2 tops and 2 bottoms. I got lucky and found a Peaches top for 30% off! :) Protip: Come 7 days before or after your birthday and get 20% off your whole purchase! Honestly, I'm tired of paying $27 to have scrubs sent to the house. I love the selection of online nursing scrub retailers, but the cost+shipping was getting outrageous! So I searched far and wide on Yelp and found "Scrubs 4 U" in Laguna Hills/Lake Forest. It's right off the 5, in the "Coco's" plaza with a bunch of other little stores. Walked in, greeted by a friendly man and found that the shop is actually kinda big on the inside and has TONS of scrubs. --Cherokee --Dickies --IguanaMed --Disney (or are they call Toon-something?) --Peaches --Urbane --Grey's Anatomy/Barco The IguanaMed scrubs were incredibly cute and haven't been able to find any online for awhile. (Got a pair of navy and apple/kiwi/hot green...too cute!) Lots of Cherokee to choose from (basics and prints plus some of the "Body" line) and Dickies too. I don't wear Dickies, but the selection looked pretty good! There was a small Urbane section, with a really cute pink that I may go back and get. The Peaches scrubs were very cute too, but I was trying not to spend $500 in the store so I held back hahah! And yes, they sell men's scrubs, lab coats, shoes, stethoscopes and some medical stuff. Really great selection. They have Dickies hip flip, Peaches, Iguana Med, Grey's Anatomy, Koi, Cherokee, Urbane Scrubs, the list goes on and on. They have men's scrubs, clogs, stethoscopes, lab coats, etc. Sounds great, right? Here's what's not so great. Two years ago I got hired as a new grad RN and I went to buy a large wardrobe of scrubs. I must have bought almost $100.00 worth of scrubs from this store. I was thrilled when the guy at the counter gave me a coupon for $10 off a $60 or more purchase. He gave me a look and said, "You can't use this coupon now. You can only use it for your next purchase." Really?? After I bought 4 sets of scrubs and spent $100, you think I'm going to be back any time soon to buy $60 worth of scrubs again?? Being in need of some scrubs, I did my research online for the best prices on scrubs. After looking at the shipping rates that some sites charged, I thought it wouldnt hurt to stop by this store. I was greeted by a gentleman named Shahbaz, who helped direct me to the men's scrubs section and gave me the pros/ cons of a few. The prices were on par with some of the cheapest sites but without the shipping charges. The changing rooms in the back were good sized. Terrible customer service. I came into the store and tried on some uniforms. The employee who also happens to be the owner kept insisting I was a petite and would not give me the sizes I requested. So I tried them on and once realizing that I'm actually not petite, he finally gave me the appropriate sizes. But not without making me try on each size all the way up to the one that actually fits. After finding a size, we placed an order...in November. It is now January and we still have not received our uniforms. As we were placing our order, he said we can pick it up the following week. Well, it's been 2 months now. He is really pushing it. I have one week before I actually need my uniforms for school. I would have appreciated not having to stress if I was going to be able to wear my uniform or not to class. I've read the reviews and i did not find the male owner rude. He isn't a man who smiles readily but that is his personality - i found him quite helpful- and his wife is a lovely woman. For a small shop, I think they have an excellent selection of scrubs, accessories, socks, stethoscopes- everything a health professional needs.
