He Was in a an awful mood, seemed angry. Zero customer service skills. Whenever I would ask a question he would start off by saying "Like I said". Then he became even more agitated when I said that he was rude, and aggressively said he didn't mean to but was still being rude, so I just left the store. Then I called to obtain a name and he answered and said how I help you and said MY Name! Again, super weird!!! he said, how can I help you I said I said I just need your name and hung up. His energy is the reason Why that store is always empty. You dont demonstrate any professionalism to be in a management role. You aren't fit for this role. You are the retail manager for the store and part of your job description is to answer questions. They also have other medical gear to pick and choose. I also signed up for rewards and got a free Scrubtastic pen. I also received a $10 gift card in the mailbox, which was amazing! They have amazing staff that is very friendly and helpful! Personally I think its kind of expensive but worth the quality. I recommend checking the store out!

She was kind enough to let me know the nurses week sale was coming and offered to hold my purchases so I could save 25%. I was buying a lot! So I purchased what would get me by and they held the rest. I went back today and picked up my hold. She remembered me and greeted me kindly. Selection is great! They have plenty of brands and colors so you can find what you need and what feels comfortable. When checking out they tossed in some canvas bags in different sizes. I was also reminded of my rewards status and given options if I wanted to use it now or save it for a bigger discount later. Sounds like a pretty good value to me! Great service from friendly people.
