Scrubtastic has a wide variety of scrubs and styles, the employees are nice, and pricing generally depends on what style and brand you want. Scrubs are pricey anyway, but the general window is between $23 to $60 for individual pieces. Although you can find scrub tops and pants at other retail stores, with stores like Scrubtastic, it's much easier to find a matching set. read more

Just called and whoever answered the phone was extremely short. I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs, because they never have what you need in stock, well I wore the pair they did have to work this week and just didn't like how they fit and stretch while working. I called to cancel the order for the other 2 pairs- can't cancel an order. I asked if I could return them once they arrive- apparently I can't do that. I understand not being able to return the pair I wore- but brand new scrubs just can't be returned? So I spent $200+ on 3 pairs of scrubs, 2 pairs that haven't even been worn, and now I'm just stuck with them? Terrible policy. I will not be returning to ANY scrubtastic. I've literally spent hundreds on scrubs every year the past 4 years but yall won't get another dime from me. read more

Finally a scrub store that has figured out that men wear scrubs too, shocking!!! Great selection for men and women with actual customer service, they want to help not the usual I guess I will help attitude I get. With a selection I stock I was finally able to try some different brands on versus the usual I will order them for you after I am forced to pay for them then hope for the best. This is a new store in the area, and I really like it. They have a really good selection (not the best I've ever seen, but more than most) and reasonable prices. They put their own size tags on every item so that it's much easier to tell the size of a garment without trying to dig for the manufacturer's tag. Also, they give you coupons good for your next purchase based on how much you buy. (And, they're actually open on Sundays!) read more

Poor customer service! I had purchased multiple pairs of shoes and later found out that the shoes in the box were different sizes than displayed. I was told that they would not give me a refund on the ones that I couldn't wear and they were still brand new in the box. read more
