Since then I never had any luck finding someone who can detail like that especially here in Washington State. Spending hundreds of dollars for mediocre work and shitty attitude was frustrating and exhausting. So I did a little shopping around, read reviews, visit websites, received quotes and I was very apprehensive because the cost of a detail is no chump change. It's hard earned money. So reading the reviews (ALL of them from each company) didn't really sit well with me bc I know the feeling of receiving shitty service. I reached out to Eugene (after receiving all these quotes from different businesses), I saw he just opened business March 2019, only had 3 reviews and he was an LLC, so I thought ok, not much to go off of, other than he's a small business and sounds like a one man team. I'm all about support small local businesses and he responded late in the evening with a quote for 2015 Chevy Traverse (3 rows). The quote was reasonable seeing it's only him working and he is just starting off...yeah it was reasonable. Not the most affordable around town but justifiable. He had 6am Saturday morning available and I took it. Got damn!!!!! I got my soccer mom car back at 2pm that day and man I almost cried! The attention to detail and the patience he had to deep clean my car like it was brand new, made my heart skip a beat. It was just so beautiful. My car is not just a vehicle for my family of 4 but for my extended family as well (us Islanders love to stay together). I always have my nieces and nephews riding in my car. So the amount of tracks it had accumulated was embarrassing and shameful. It definitely exceeded my expectations and then some. I know for sure we are repeat customers and I'm so glad I took the chance with Eugene. Oh in addition to the beautiful work he had already done, he also cleaned my sons car seat. It was such a nice thoughtful touch. I appreciate the care and hard work he had into detailing my soccer mom car.

I started with the high-end wash plan, then decided it was too expensive and switched to a less expensive plan. Instead of simply changing my plan, Classy Chassis started charging me for both plans. I contacted someone and was told it would be fixed. It was not. This same billing problem has happened four separate times. Four times I have had to deal with this. Four times I have been told or expected to believe it would be corrected. And four times, the problem has continued. At this point, I am done. I am closing the card they keep charging because they will not stop taking money they are not supposed to be taking. Good service does not excuse terrible billing, and this has been completely unacceptable.

Everything was great and the work was satisfactory, but unfortunately, I discovered that both of the vanity mirrors were broken after the service. I contacted Advanced Mobile Auto Spa to let them know and ask if they knew how that could have happened. They aggressively and vehemently denied any wrongdoing and instead claimed that I was trying to defraud them by claiming damage to mirrors that were already broken. What?! I explained to them, that was not the case and that I wasn't seeking any compensation. Instead, I was requesting to have my mirrors fixed, which I thought was a reasonable request. Still, they gave every excuse under the sun, saying that the mirrors were already damaged and that it's a very common problem they've seen from the hundreds of Teslas they've detailed. I somehow doubt that. So I decided to check the recorded logs on my Tesla which showed that the seats were moved during the service to their upper limits. This caused the seats' headrest to come into contact with the vanity mirrors on the headliner, cracking them. After sharing this information with Allen and his team, they apologized and stated that Teslas were new vehicles and that they didn't have much experience with them, but that they were going to make things right with their insurance. MONTHS later, I still have not heard anything from them, nor have they offered to repair the mirrors. I gave them every chance to make things right, but after interactions that started out combative turned into ghosting, I felt the need to share this experience online. They are NOT bonded and insured as they say they are online, and they will NOT do the right thing. If I treated my customers the way they treated me, I wouldn't have a business at all. I'm curious to see how long they last keeping this up.

They also rejuvenated our headlights and they look like new, if I didn't know any better I would of thought he swapped them out with new lenses they look so good!
