I'm super frustrated because I wasn't told about the delay, so my dog was just waiting in a cage with no water or potty break. A simple heads-up call or text would have been appreciated so I could have rescheduled. No apologies or solutions were offered, which felt really unprofessional. Please, treat all animals with respect, even if they aren't yours! And while I stood there he was arguing back and forth with his employees! Horrible service! Think twice about ever going here!

The woman who greeted us was very sweet, but pretty much just kind of hushed me away when I was trying to tell her the type of haircut I wanted she told me she was going to take 2 1/2 hours at the 2 1/half hour mark I called to check in. She said she needed 20 more minutes and took 40 which is fine. Have they done a good job. I got there and my dog's hair is completely uneven. You can tell that there are spots on her body, where they didn't cut at all, including her legs I asked them to shave her sanitary area. They did not do that. I will definitely never be back.

After calling, I was informed that he had moved again to San Dimas. While I appreciate my groomer, the distance to San Dimas is too far for me. Because this location was so helpful in providing information, I decided to try them instead. This location's proximity is ideal. I was pleased with my dog's grooming. Upon bringing my dog home, I did make minor adjustments to the top sides, as the center was slightly lower. Will I return? Absolutely! I will simply need to specify my preference for a consistently rounded head shape. However, I do miss having Isaac groom my dog; his work resulted in a perfectly rounded head shape from the crown to the nape of her neck.
