Paws on Fleek! Jamie's communication was outstanding from start to finish. Toby's much-needed grooming was an incredible experience, and I absolutely loved that it's a mobile pet salon that comes right to your door! She arrived early, professional, super gentle, and clearly experienced. Toby didn't show any signs of anxiety or stress -- she made him feel like a Rockstar! It's so convenient and stress-free -- We will definitely be booking again!!

Jamie is absolutely amazing! She is always so accommodating and available when we need her. My dog is a rescue and is afraid of almost everything, so grooming has always been very stressful for him. Since we started going to Jamie, the experience has completely changed. She has the most incredible patience and treats him with so much kindness and understanding. You can truly tell she cares about every dog she works with. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he's in such loving, capable hands. We are beyond grateful to have found her!

Jamie sent this pic to us after Mini's beauty boost. Cute & unexpected! We're pleased & grateful to find a caring & talented groomer.

First time with Paws On Fleek and WOW! Owner Jamie showed up with a big smile, and ready to take our little girl ("Mini") into the van's wash and pamper station. Husband & I loved Jamie's super sweet energy and Mini looked and felt so soft in my arms. She also smelled so good but not in an overwhelming-perfumed way. Subtle and just right! No question that we'll call Jamie for the next wash-another pup who we recently shelter-adopted so we're giving him a little more time in his new home. Five Stars to a delightful gal & biz owner

Jamie was absolutely amazing! I have a 17 year-old cockapoo and she was so gentle with her. She's a very caring pet groomer that I would highly recommend. Her work deserves a five star rating.

Always leaves my cockapoo Nellie looking so cute and well groomed! I appreciate how much time and attention to detail there is and great communication! Would recommend to anyone:)

She did a wonderful job with Bobby, she left him beautiful and it was his first ever professional bath. We will be booking with her again she is so sweet and mindful of our dog's needs.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RVER GO TO THIS PET GROOMING ESTABLISHMENT…read more First we had submitted our pups 2 shih tzu's before 10 AM there was an older lady working on the dog and Tony the owner who took our dogs and told us they'd be done by 2 or 3 PM. We did not receive a notice to come get the dogs until almost 30 minutes before they close at 5 PM, over an hour longer than the original time stated. We did not arrive before 4:43 PM and Tony sent a text saying "I'll be waiting 10 minutes for you to come pick your dogs, if you don't show up you'll need to pick them up tomorrow for $40 each" Tony had notified us completely behind schedule over an hour of the original stated time and was now trying to $80 USD out of us with no kind of policy about an overnight extra fee. Including, his tap payment machine "closes" at 5 PM and he said the only way to retrieve the dogs was to pay $150 cash upfront in the next 10 minutes before he leaves. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. We were forced to leave our pups overnight and pick them up when they opened the next day. We go the next day and Tony the owner is there, we confront him about the "extra" $80 and that we are refusing to pay it and he immediately drops it. We are now asking for our dogs and requesting a physical receipt with payment. Tony is denying to provide a physical receipt even after My Mother had tapped her card to pay. He was INCREDIBLY rude and repeatedly refused to provide a physical written or printed receipt after multiple times of us trying to pay with tap, Tony would not let my mother pay until after he had said what he apparently needed to say, he was withholding our dogs refusing to let us pay until AFTER he got whatever point he was trying to get across. He had us removed from the store while trying to argue and still repeatedly deny to let us pay for the service. We were forced to pay with cash the $150 original balance. He would not let us into the store to pay for the service and receive our puppies which were crying excessively because they could hear our voices. Finally he let my mother into the store into pay for the horrible service by the way. He specifically requested for us to put the money in HIS HAND. He originally refused to accept the payment until it was put into his hand we did not comply and he eventually took the money. We grabbed the written receipt that apparently can only be provided when paying with cash. And grabbed our dogs but not before Tony prevented us from grabbing both dogs and forced us out the store AFTER PAYMENT and receipt in hand. Tony was now withholding one of our puppies after we had payed for the service and physically held the receipt. After more audible conflict Tony the owner of Star Barks gave us the other puppy. This was UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WARN ALL WHO SEE THIS DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DOG GROOMING ESTABLISHMENT THEY WILL TRY TO EXTORT YOU FOR MORE MONEY AND HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY!!!!!!!!!

DANGEROUS !!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! SLOPPY IRRESPONSIBLE WORK!!…read more DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. My dog came home with cuts on his face, body, and rear end after a routine grooming appointment. Not a single injury was disclosed to us when we picked him up. The only reason we found out about one of the cuts was because we noticed a powder substance on his rear and were later told it was used to stop the bleeding. Once we got home, we discovered additional cuts that had never been mentioned. We regularly have our dog shaved down and have never had a groomer injure him like this. The haircut itself was also extremely poor. His ears were uneven, the grooming was sloppy, and he looked nothing like he normally does after being professionally groomed. What is most upsetting is that instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and showing concern for my dog's injuries, the owner denied there was a problem. When my family went back to discuss the situation and request a refund, we were met with excuses rather than accountability. Accidents can happen. Injuring a dog multiple times and failing to tell the owner is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would never trust this business with my pet again. There is a new groomer in the same plaza. "The hair of the dog". I highly recommend you take your pet there instead. Kind, friendly, HONEST, and professional he actually knows what he is doing. My mother in law took her fur-baby and she came out beautiful and not injured.

The groomer who…read moretakes care of Baby and all of the staff are genuinely warm, caring, and professional, and you can tell that everyone takes their work seriously. They also offer boarding and training. It has been more than a year since I started having Baby groomed by our regular groomer. Recently, I suddenly became unwell and needed to undergo some medical testing, and unfortunately, our regular groomer was off that day. Another staff member kindly took care of Baby instead. What impressed me even more was that our regular groomer had left very detailed written instructions for the staff regarding Baby's haircut and grooming. I could see how carefully he communicated Baby's needs, even when he was not there himself. It was such a professional and thoughtful way of handling things, and it made me trust the salon even more. Baby has a very challenging triple coat, which makes bathing and grooming more difficult than usual. We have always discussed the style together, and for more than six months now, we have been happily keeping the same haircut. If you are looking for a grooming salon, I would recommend this place without hesitation. The staff are wonderful, the environment is clean, and most importantly, I feel completely comfortable leaving my Baby in their care. To our regular groomer and everyone at the salon, thank you from the bottom of my heart for always taking such good care of Baby. I feel truly fortunate to have found a place where I can leave my Baby with complete peace of mind....see you soon!

Just wanted to give an update on my grooming adventure! After leaving Soggy Paws Pet Grooming, I…read moredecided to try another groomer off PV Drive North. I was really hopeful, but the minute I walked in, I probably should have paid attention to the red flags. The woman sitting behind the desk barely acknowledged me, which didn't give me the best first impression. Still, the groomers seemed friendly and experienced, so I decided to give them a chance. When my poor dog came out, he looked like he had been run over by a lawn mower! And to make matters worse, I paid practically the same amount. Needless to say, we went right back to Soggy Paws Pet Grooming- and now I have an entirely new appreciation for the wonderful job they do. Lesson learned! Soggy Paws, you've got us back, and this time we're staying.

I wrote this review only after I tried a different place for my dog's grooming work…read more I have a terrier which requires hand stripping - which is a unique grooming style for dogs have double-layered hair. I had this puppy for only several months old, and booked this place for grooming. The appointment was confirmed, and due to the staff /business owner who can do the work was on maternity leave, I had to waited for 2 months - which was ok, we could wait. But when the appointment was approaching, I was contacted for delaying the appointment for another month due to the staff needed more time for the leave. I was ok with that, and so another month to wait. One week before the appointment time, I was contacted again as the staff can't do the job on the agreed day, it had to be rescheduled again. I was patient enough for almost three month wait. But I felt not very respectful for the 3rd time change of my appointment time! I had to reschedule my time off to make it work. When I express my concerns of the time change, the message I got literally was " We don't need new customers honestly." Really?! I felt really bad but the short time change notice put me into a position that I didn't want to waste more time researching another place ( maybe I should). So I went and the hand stripping charges by hourly rate, usually takes 1-3 hours for the session. I had a small-medium size dog, it was our first time doing that, I had no expectations. But I didn't expect that they did took 3 full hours to do the job, so I was charged for 3 hours, plus the bath... I got a final bill of over $300!! And I felt the style was a bit off- I sent a photo to our breeder, she thought the same... So I tried a different place for my second time, just to compare with my 1st experience at Soggy Paws Pet Grooming. The final bill I got from a different place was only $165 - (and my dog is growing bigger, probably with much more hair to be stripped, and my dog looked great!!) So I think the business owner of Soggy is right: They don't need new customers! And I have found a better place to go after all. That is my experience with this place. Hope it is helpful.
