From the moment I picked him up, I could tell he was in great hands. He looked absolutely adorable--clean, perfectly groomed, and somehow even cuter than usual. But what really stood out to me was the extra care the staff took with him because of his age. When I arrived, they explained that they took their time with him and used a special crate dryer instead of rushing the process, specifically to keep him comfortable and safe. As a pet parent, that level of thoughtfulness means everything. It's clear they understand that senior dogs have different needs and are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate them. Finding a groomer you trust can be stressful, especially when your dog is older, but I left feeling so grateful that I found this place. His face and body turned out great but his butt and tail, which were areas I specifically asked to focus on, were not. His butt was uneven (left cheek was shaved down, looked neat while right cheek still had a huge chunk of hair) and his tail looked untouched. I didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. I texted the salon back immediately and sent pictures. They offered to fix it if I brought him back but we didn't have time for that. After multiple back and forth with the manager, Paulina, the only resolution they continued to offer was 10% off of a future visit. After this experience, there won't be a future visit so that's not much of a resolution. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

Especially with my Tripawd, we have already had some questionable results in the past and it breaks my heart when I don't feel I can empower my pooch to feel good when getting a spa day or playtime. If an environment lacks awareness, it can immediately trigger the trauma and cause harm to the dog. Kay and her staff know this full well, and are not only AWARE; they are SAINTS with their patient and compassionate approach to lovingly dote on their clients. They left Norris feeling loved and pampered and completely zen even after a brief moment of discovering a trigger during the grooming process, the severity of which I was largely unaware of before coming to their facility ! Kay's honest and direct communication allowed me to understand more what might cause distress in my dog and how we can avoid those things to ensure the best comfort for my best boy! This team is THE best in the area and deserve 10/5 stars for their dedication. Kayleigh and her staff were so calm and determined to ensure Norris had a rebuilding and nurturing experience and patiently RE-introduced him to the tools after he expressed distress at his trigger. I made the appointment and was in close communication with both the owners Alyssa and Alex. They reassured me that my lil' furball was in good hands. Not every groomer will work with cats or even recently formerly stray cats, so it was a big deal for us. Came the day of, his groomer Lily worked on him for a few hours while I got periodic text updates from Alyssa. The result was super cute and adorable! Lily got all of the outside grime and dirt off of him so he was ready for his new spoiled indoor life of napping and treats! He even got a cute winter holiday scarf and a Churu from Allie & Paws. Jedi is also a little more sensitive now but that did not seem to be the case this time, here. Place was clean and they were all friendly. More importantly though was, Jedi was not stressed, and actually seemed happy. This really won me over. I want to give him the best life he can have as he's getting older. The cut was perfect. And OMG did he smell good. Different than before and I would say better. And for the first time in years, they were able to trim his nails appropriately with no visible bleeding. That was part of the reason the last groomer didn't want to service him, they got scared. So the staff hereI told them, I will definitely be coming back to them. Thank You
