I've been meaning to write a review for the longest time. I've been seeing Kirsten for over a year and she is the best. I get a full Brazilian (ouch) but Kirsten makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. We catch up on each other when I come in and I update her on what's going on in my life. We talk about everything from school to life problems and she is so genuine and sweet. She's always on time for an appointment and her studio is so cute with a Tiffany blue theme throughout the room. I started going to Kirsten a few years ago and I am so happy I found her!! I've only had waxes from her but she always does an amazing job! I had been going to Kristen for several months brazillians and thought she was good until my last time seeing her. It was the worst waxing experience I've ever had. She ended up ripping serval areas of skin off my inner labia! It was very painful and I mentioned the pain but didn't notice I had gotten skin ripped off until I got home! I started crying cause it was embarrassing and looked really bad. It started scabbing up and eventually went away. I talked to Kristen and she had nothing to say other then "The inner labia is sensitive and prone to lifting". I talked to serval different waxers since and every one of them are shocked to hear that and told me that's complete BS. After switching waxers,it hasn't happened. I think Kristin may have been rushing or just not being careful. Bottom line I would not recommend her! read more
