I didn't know what to expect - I wasn't expecting MUCH - just maybe a positive experience. Boy did I not understand how MONUMENTAL AND AWESOME AND HELPFUL this treatment would be. We're talking ONE TREATMENT! When I arrived, I was met by my healer/guide/expert and he conducted a quick interview about my medical history and what I would like to focus on. I was also given a delicious berry infused water to help hydrate. The process was explained to me about what to expect and I was led to the healing room. What a pleasant and relaxing place. A soft blue light bathed a darkened room, lit mostly by candles and soft lighting. There was a blue starscape projected overhead and soothing music being played in the background. All around the room were the tools of the sound bath trade - everything from vibration bowls, to tuning forks, to rain sticks to drums and so much more. There was also sound baffling all over the room and speakers strategically placed throughout the room. In the middle of the room was a relaxation table/massage table. I got on, laid down, was given a pillow and a pillow for my knees, a weighted sleep mask for my eyes and a weighted blanket over my clothes. The table was heated. It was very nice. To begin my healer led me through some guided relaxation and meditation exercises as he prepped for the treatment. And then the sound bath started. This was better than any sound bath I had ever heard of or witnessed. NEXT LEVEL! While my healer was using all the instruments near my body, around my body, throughout the room, placing vibrational bowls on my torso, there was also an incredible soundscape playing through the speakers throughout the room. At some point I was unable to tell what was live and happening with the healer's attention and what was coming through the speakers. There was rain and music and birds and all kinds of relaxing sounds. Let me just say - I felt weightless. So relaxed. Literally stress free. It was a wonderful experience and environment. During the experience - it was this wonderful mix of being present - sometimes I would be told to focus on sounds and where they were coming from, clearly I knew when the bowls were being placed on me, or when certain things happened near my ears or head - so I was present - in the moment, but I was also traveling - my brain went on a journey. My guide told me to think about times where I felt perfectly loved. With the help of this environment and sound treatment, my brain unlocked images and memories that I hadn't had in years. All the while somehow feeling like I was also present in this wonderful relaxing and healing room and also feeling like I was out in a rainforest somewhere but completely safe. So the immediate effects - stress free in that environment. Feeling like a weight was lifted off of all parts of my body and mind. When the treatment was over, there was a guided reminder to come back to the place where I was at, to be fully present and to slowly re-enter the rest of my day. My healer left me alone to give me time to collect my thoughts and come out of it slowly. Okay - here's where things get crazy incredible. As I'm leaving, I'm realizing - I'm not feeling any pain. Like zero. And usually - the joint pain and muscle aches and everything I deal with is constant. I also feel lighter - like stress and weight has been lifted off of my body and my mind. And I continue to feel that way. I couldn't believe it. I thought - okay - let's make sure this isn't psychosomatic. It wasn't. I continued throughout the day and into the evening - waiting for the pain to come back. Waiting to experience what I normally experience. Thinking the effects would wear off within a few hours. The middle of the night is tough for me. I usually groan in pain when I flip and turn. Not after the treatment. I was still pain free late into the night. This morning maybe my pain is at 0.5 out of 10 when it's usually a 6 or higher. I still feel relaxed and refreshed and rejuvenated and so much less stress. I AM BLOWN AWAY. Worth. every. penny. Try this. You are not ready for how powerful and helpful this is. During my first session, I was already disappointed. They promised a full treatment that included UV light therapy, but once I was already connected to the machine, I was told they couldn't perform that part because they didn't have the proper tubing. No one informed me ahead of time. The second session was far more concerning. The procedure was handled by a nurse who openly stated she had only been there a few months and had no prior experience with EBOO treatments. She began the procedure unsupervised. During the session, the tubing clogged twice, interrupting the process, that was something that didn't happen in the first session. After that session, my health quickly declined. Within three days, I ended up in the ER with pneumonia and symptoms close to a heart attack. According to the doctor, this was likely due to excessive ozone exposure, which can cause oxidative stress and damage to cells, as well as complications affecting the heart and lungs. Months later, I am still dealing with the consequences and now require inhalers. Before this, I was a very healthy and active person, I regularly biked and hiked. I went in simply looking for a treatment that was advertised as a way to "clean and oxygenate" my blood. Instead, I walked away with permanent health issues. Communication and accountability were also unacceptable. I tried contacting the person who sold me the package (Ben) while I was in the hospital and received no response. The only time I heard back was after I threatened to dispute the credit card charge, and even then, there was no concern expressed, no follow-up, and no attempt to offer solutions despite me being hospitalized for several days. There was no doctor on-site supervising the procedure or ensuring patient safety. That alone should raise serious concerns for anyone considering this treatment. In my experience, this facility prioritized profit over patient safety. Based on what I went through, I strongly urge others to stay away if you truly love your health.
