The coaches are very friendly and yet tuff to help push you to complete all rounds of exercise. Its not a gym where you feel left out or on your own. It's group classes but all exercises are towards your goals... the coaches make sure that you do the exercises correctly and then come back to to make sure you still good. Fast forward to about 2, 3 years ago that I dedicated myself hardcore to fitness and I can say that Orange Theory works! It has helped me stay healthier and more energetic. The Miami Lakes location has become my "home" since it's close to my office and other important needs in Hialeah. It's located in the Royal Oaks Plaza, with plenty of free parking and yes the temptation of restaurants :) Head Coach Bryanna, and Coaches Derrick & Luis make you feel like family through the exercise program and motivation. Their classes are very high energy, and amplified by preworkout Cafecito. Orange Theory as a chain also has monthly additional themed challenges that are always exciting, such as Hell Week in October, All Out Mayhem in May, and DriTri (essentially the OTF Olympics.) The rower is torture :) but actually one of the better machines to stay in shape. I would certainly recommend Orange Theory, and the Miami Lakes one in particular if you want to achieve your fitness goals surrounded by good friends.

Where do i start ? I had a membership to LA FITNESS and…read morehave barely gone. Every time i went to LA, i was stumped and wasn't sure to do. So naturally i BARELY EVER went. I got bored and gained weight :( My friend found Titan and kept nagging me to go. NATURALLY.... i DID NOT listen(of course). Because i kept telling myself.... no. Not another gym ... i hate working out. I have too much homework. Too much studying to do. And i kept finding EXCUSES. Me ...? Go to a new gym? Um no..... (that's what I thought) lol my friend caught me on a good day, months later, and FINALLY convinced me to go. I got off my butt. Stopped studying and watching Netflix ..... got into my workout clothes and braced myself or whatever i was about to experience The first day i went i had Marlon (the manager) went up to him and told him straight about my injuries and ALL MY RESTRICTIONS. I have BAD KNEES, hips and shoulders. He was very sweet and understanding. Marlon is a young guy, wonderful soul, kept an eye on my form and kept near me just Incase i needed help. Mannnn what an awesome person. At that point. I felt like ... I MATTER ! this guy actually gives a hoot about me and my well being. Making sure i don't hurt myself, he kept pushing me within my boundaries. I was BLOWN AWAY. I actually went back. Second class was with Josue, the other owner. He too was beyond amazing. Always motivated me. Kept me from hurting myself. Adjusted workouts to fit my needs and would check in with me to make sure i was doing good. He's EXTREMELY POSITIVE ! I have never met a TEAM that was as welcoming and Marlon and Josue! I felt comfortable. I felt like I BELONG and knew from that moment on..... that i had to sign up and stick to it. It WASNT hard staying focused and excited about going to TITAN FITNESS. i became part of my schedule. It became part of my LIFE ! Titan fitness has truly been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I feel like I've been sleepwalking through life and TITAN FITNESS changed my sleep mode into an active and purposeful life. The classes are intense but you feel amazing afterwards! Nicole is a great coach and gives you that push you need to reach your full potential during a workout. She also offers moderations for past injuries so you're still able to get the full workout done! It's such a great environment where everyone pushes each other to be their best, by the example Nicole gives us!! Honestly so glad I found this boot camp and so excited to continue to work out with them!!
