I just needed to get rid off an old guest mattress. Fred's website was extremely easy to use to book my appointment. I chose a date, time, and left my mattress off to the side in the driveway. You have the option of taking a photo of the item(s) you are planning to get rid of. The day of the appointment, I messaged Fred to ask him if he needed me to be awake for the pickup. I had just worked a 12 hour shift the previous night and was exhausted. He replied very quickly to my text. He was prompt in his reply, friendly and he assured me he would take care of it and be as quiet as possible. I thanked him and arranged payment. You can pay by credit card, Venmo or cash... multiple methods of payment is so convenient. I Venmo'd him my payment and went to sleep. When I woke up later in the afternoon, the mattress was gone just like he assured me it would be. I never even knew he was here (my room is near the front of my house). Due to the narrow hallway and tight corners, I was a little concerned of damage to the walls. Extra care and consideration was taken and there were absolutely no issues! They were in and out fairly quickly for the work that needed to be done. Even though one of the pieces needed to be dismantled in order for it to be moved, they were done quicker than I expected.
