Great quality luggage at great pricing.

I've been coming here for years! Great pricing for the quality and can't beat it! The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They have a great variety of luggage as well as travel supplies. They are always happy to help and the owner even gave me a gift for being a repeat customer. I love this place and recommend it to everyone I know.

Best place for luggage. Very economical. Nice items. I cant believe we've never heard of this place before. Def recommend to all my friends!

I came here for the first time about 6 years ago. Since then I've recommended people but haven't come back myself until today. We needed carry ons for the family. My daughter had fallen in love with a yellow carry on at a local retailer but it was 79 we came here and they had one! We went to the "clearance" area and got an amazing deal. She walked away happy. Great customer service. Great selection. Even better prices! We will continue to recommend people

Amazing service , if you need a piece of luggage, or something for travel do yourself a favor San Diego.....SD Luggage. Forget Fashion Island or running around to cheap store to buy, come here! They have everything you need from small to large, from sale items to high end, but the quality is fantastic! The owner is knowledgeable, helpful and fair. He saved me after a luggage emergency and his stock is fantastic. SD Luggage for the win.

Super cute store located next to 7-11. The luggage are all great with reasonable prices! They even have a scale so you can measure the weight of the luggage! The worker was very nice. Don't forget to check in when you make your purchase so you can get a freebie.

    Cute colors!

Unfortunately, the TSA pre-check processing time ended up being about 7 to 10 minutes. It was no worry for me except for that. I got secondary checked and then it was like why? Anyway, when I got in the terminal, I hit up the better Buzz Coffee Spot, so that I could have a little something to eat. I had not eaten breakfast yet. I knew that this trip might cause me to not have any food for the day and so I needed something to start myself off to prepare for that. I have a review for the Better Buzz Coffee in terminal one separate from this review. After I got my coffee I was happy to get in the terminal and walk to my gate. For some reason, even though I love this new terminal, it's still seems like there is not enough seating for all of the passengers who are traveling out or in. I wish that that can still be addressed even though the terminal is done with the remodeling. On the way back it was just great to be back in my home airport as the Las Vegas airport was trash. This place has really nice amenities and I appreciate the San Diego International Airport terminal one remodel. The restaurants are fantastic. The vibe is great and there are several areas where you can just stop and chill and have a drink in a bar, or get a massage, or get a shower, or take your pet to be relieved, or...all of those things. Overall, my departure and arrival experience was wonderful thank you.

For departure, the TSA PreCheck line moved quickly and was easy. The only downside is that San Diego Airport still only has one runway. Our flight was delayed about 30 minutes after we left the gate due to planes being stacked for arrivals. From what I understand, this has been an issue for decades at this airport and will eventually need to be addressed.

Our stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego during spring break was absolutely wonderful!…read moreAfter a couple of days in Coronado Beach, we spent six nights at the MGHSD and absolutely loved our stay. This was our first visit to this Grand Hyatt location and our second time staying at a Hyatt brand overall. What I loved: - The magnificence and opulence of this hotel. Truly, all the spaces are kept impeccable, both in appearance and smell. I loved how pristine this hotel is kept at all times. - The service and friendliness from ALL of the staff. From the Front Desk attendant who checked us in to the bellman who helped us get settled in our room, the housekeepers assigned to our room - every Hyatt employee we came across had a wonderful, welcoming, and helpful disposition with our family. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with a smile, no matter the time of day. That level of hospitality alone made it a dream to stay here. - Our room! We loved everything about the room assigned to us on the 18th floor, bay view! We witnessed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beds were a dream to sleep on. We got the best rest every night! The cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping were both superb. I appreciated receiving fresh towels and bottled water daily, and returning to a clean room each day, always no later than 12:00pm. If we needed anything after that time, I loved the facility of calling from the in-room phone to the "In-Room request" line, and within minutes we would receive whatever we needed. - The variety of food options. Our family dined at all the restaurants on-site, except The Landing. Whether we wanted a quick bite or a late-night snack at The Market, a formal seafood dinner at Sally's, a delicious lunch poolside from Grand Eats, or an all-you-can-eat experience at Seaview, we loved that we had a variety of options at all times of the day within a few steps from our room, or for delivery. - I appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. The entire 4th floor was for families, and a separate 3rd-floor pool was available for adults only. In addition to the pool, the 4th floor offered lawn games and activities for families to play. Every restaurant had kid-friendly options. - The security of the hotel was outstanding! The parking garage is accessible only to guests with a room key or to those paying for parking. The elevators to the rooms are also available only to hotel guests, specifically to the floor you are assigned to. Even to enter the gym, get pool towels, or use the bathrooms on the pool level, you must have a room key. - Jericho from the pool bar! I feel terrible not remembering his awesome partner's name, but Jericho was paired with another bartender at the pool bar, who was also super sweet and prepared us the best Frozés. They were both swamped on a Saturday afternoon, yet they were slinging drinks, delivering food orders, and providing the best service to all who were on the 4th-floor pool, all through the day, with a smile on their faces and the best attitudes. What could've made this a 5-star visit: - A better explanation of the amenities. There were certain activities we wanted to do, but we were unclear which were included in your resort fee. Some activities, such as the 1-hour harbor tour, say you receive 1 tour during your stay, but the fine print is you receive 1 tour ticket for 1 person; you have to buy tickets for all other guests in your party. The bike rentals are not individual bikes; they are quad bikes that you have to drive to Coronado Island to rent. While cool in theory, it's a bit inconvenient to leave such a fantastic hotel and drive across the bridge to bike. It would be ideal if the Hyatt had its own bikes on-site for guests to enjoy on the pier or downtown. - The cleanliness of the pool. We loved and enjoyed the pool several times during our stay, but I personally would've appreciated (due to the size and busyness of the pool at all times) the pool being cleaned every few hours. It was noticeably cloudy throughout the day, especially in the afternoon, which my kids didn't care about at all, but as a grown-up, it wasn't the most inviting. All in all, I would HANDS DOWN recommend this hotel to any family considering visiting and staying in San Diego. In all categories: value, commodities, amenities, customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, attention to detail - this hotel went above and beyond my expectations, making it a phenomenal and memorable stay for our family. We can't wait to be back again!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend looking foreword to a relaxing getaway…read more Upon arrival, we waited in a 30+ minute check in line. Thankfully we were served drinks while we waited- that would turn out to be the only real perk of our stay. At check in we're told we had a $15 credit each day for the Top of the Hyatt. Went the first day and thought it was a pretty good even though each drink was $20- too bad it was closed the other days of our stay and the staff didn't tell us so the credit was worthless. The hotel itself is super noisy- half because of the paper thin walls and half was the hotel staff talking loudly and slamming doors. We are not late sleepers by any means - woke up to a banging noise on Memorial Day morning- when I called down to the front desk I was told "work was going on" on the floor below us. Not sure why you would put guests in the surrounding rooms knowing you would be doing work especially on a holiday weekend! And not bothering to let guests know told us they just didn't care. The next day we woke up to window washers clanking outside our window! Overall not an enjoyable stay.

For breakfast, there was a buffet-style setup that consisted of eggs, bacon, sausages, various breads, and fruit. Overall, very nice hotel. The property feels outdated and more like a dormitory than a comfortable place to stay. Cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom clearly hadn't been properly cleaned, and there was hair left in the bathtub. The towels had a strong, unpleasant odor (like buttered popcorn) that lingered on my skin after use. The water pressure was extremely weak and well below what you'd expect from a "hotel", which made basic use frustrating. Noise was also a major problem. The walls are very thin, and I barely got any sleep due to loud noise from neighboring guests, along with gardeners mowing early in the morning (around 6am). Parking is another downside. There's no real structure or security, yet they still charge $15 per night, which feels unreasonable given the setup. Overall, the listing photos were misleading and didn't reflect the actual condition of the place.
