Fast forward to the night before my appointment, I got a notification from Eliza saying my appointment was cancelled because she doesn't work on Monday afternoons. I asked her if her booking online was incorrect, and she acknowledged it is with no real plan to fix the problem. She just offered for me to rebook with her. My schedule is busy and my time is valuable and I don't appreciate a business owner that doesn't value my time enough to keep an updated availability calendar. Just had my first sugaring(Brazilian) experience with Eliza today and she's fantastic! I was very jumpy and knew I was making things a little harder for her but she didn't lose her cool or kind demeanor! The sugaring experience itself did hurt. I received a microdermabrasion with the pumpkin peel as well as sugaring for my forearms and lower legs. Eliza did an amazing job for both! My face was so smooth and glowing afterwards!
