I went to SDBotox for the first time after continuously passing by it before I go to The Gym. I initially went in for botox (they were able to take me in the same day!), but after realizing they also did lip fillers i asked about them too. My esthetician Breanna did an amazing job explaining to me the differences between filler brands, especially because I've only used Versa in the past. She was also able to do the lip fillers right after my Botox! It's been about a week and a half since my fillers and both my eyebrow lift and lips look AMAZING. Went in for a consult and ended up getting Botox the same day! This place is so close to my home. Staff at the front were polite and welcoming (especially Giselle- didn't catch the other young lady's name). I was seen by Breanna and she was super patient and answered all of my questions. I have been getting Botox and injections for about 10 years, formerly in LA and here in San Diego. After a few really bad experiences (at some of the "top places"), I took an extended break from any treatments and was extremely nervous about even thinking of trying someone/somewhere new. I looked everywhere from Beverly Hills to Mexico and decided on SD Botox. My first appointment was for Botox with Dr. Roher. He did a consultation and actually listened to what I wanted to achieve. He then literally performed the most painless Botox treatment (brows, forehead, crows feet, lip flip) that I have ever received in my entire life. I was almost convinced he didn't make any injections at all! I had zero redness, swelling or bleeding (those annoying little pin pricks you can never seem to avoid) and needless to say, zero bruising! On top of his super gentle treatment, Dr. Roher had impeccable bedside manner and was super polite and friendly. He just made the anxiety I had disappear. My result was literally perfect and I will never go to another person for my Botox as long as he is in practice. My second visit was to the Chula Vista location and was for a consultation to dissolve lip filler that had migrated from terrible injections 5 years (again, at the top clinic in Beverly Hills) and inquire about facial balancing with new filler. I was too scared to go anywhere to get it "fixed" out of fear it would again be botched so I have lived with the result FOR 5 YEARS! I scoured the internet, reviews, photos, etc for the past few years and came across Breanna's work. I finally decided to pull the trigger and address my botched face. Breanna was incredible during the consultation and I felt extremely comfortable moving forward with her treatment plan. I went in for my lip dissolver appointment today (3rd visit now) and had a full on anxiety attack during my treatment (so humiliating) because I was so scared to be hurt/messed up again. I cannot express how kind Breanna was and I am so, so happy that I was able to make it through the appointment calmly (as possible for me). The front staff were exceptional and so kind too! One of the girls came in and held a fan for me so I could cool off and relax From start to finish, I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience and to be treated literally as a friend and not just a client.
