So I severely cracked my iPhone SE screen after falling down and landing with my weight on top of it. I took it to SDigital who told me it would be $59 and take about 15 minutes to install a new screen. It ended up being $60 with tax because I paid cash. The gentleman had an attention to detail so he told me he wasn't happy with the first screen performance, saying it was a minor issue but that it would just be another few minutes to install a second screen. Very responsive!! I needed my iPad screen fixed after my husband accidentally dropped it and i reached out to this business on yelp. The responded right away and did the work do a more competitive price than anyone around. Literally the best phone repair store in queens. All phone repair stores are shady to say the least, but this guy is extremely straightforward and doesn't try to sell you anything like the other stores. The repairs are quick, but he takes his time when handling your phone, paying attention to little details like adhesives and replacing the gasket while other stores skip these steps. He even installed a glass screen protector for free while other stores wanted money for it. I literally created my yelp account to look for a place to repair my phone, and I am leaving my first raving review here at SDIGITAL for Stephen because this man was one of the most honest man I've met!! He stayed late because I got stuck on the train and when I got there, walked me through what had happened to my phone (I never realized that when a screen cracks, it usually cracks from the side or a corner of the phone), what my options were, and what his recommendation was. On top of that, while walking me through my options, he shed light on the differences of third party screens against the original apple screens, and how many third party screen repair places usually put on a more thinner screen when they repair your phone. Having this knowledge, I decided to go with one of the original screens (the apple logo was embedded within the screen) and Stephen gave me a discount on the glass while recommending me the best case to get (cases with rubber surrounding edges protect the cracks that usually originate from the sides/corners). On top of all of this, he gave me a FREE glass screen protector to put on top for extra durability. I took his business card and saw that he has other lines of repair/consulting businesses for other devices.
