There's also a basketball court and a community center, which makes the park useful for different kinds of events. The playground area is decent, especially for kids. I noticed the padding looks like it was recently redone, which is nice. The play area has a little wall climber, slide, pole, and stairs. I do think the wood around the slide area could use some updating because it looks kind of old, and the slides seem extremely high, which I think should be changed or made safer. The bathrooms are currently being redone, so that's good to see. Overall, it's a decent park with good space and activities for families.

It's not really a big park but it's convenient for those who live really close to it. They have a building called Irvington Community Center, which I think is a place for children's activities. There is another building which is small. I think it was supposed to be a library, but is recently closed. Right next to it is the ballot drop box, where I usually go to drop my ballot envelope. Nothing much changed overall but it's good to reminisce the memories I have going here when I was a kid.

They are patient with children and have excellent skills in displaying examples on how to float, blow bubbles, using arms and legs, etc. they are both true professionals! Our children are super comfortable with both employees which is vital because without this trust, it would be harder to learn and communicate anything. We can tell our kids are going to learn quick with the way both Nicole and Minh are coaching; just the right tone in gaining new skills each day. It's not overwhelming for our kids whatsoever. We're so happy we chose this facility and team to guide our kids in learning how to swim. I highly recommend families coming here to enroll their young ones for a nice swimming session/plan. Friendly staff (mostly staffed with teenagers during the summer) I can't speak to the men's locker room, but they have a very nice women's locker room. It's spacious and most importantly, very clean! It's equipped with mounted hairdryers on the wall. Many shower stalls inside. They even have spinners to dry off your swimsuit! I felt like I walked into a YMCA locker room! Across from other side of the the pool is the kids locker room.

The only downside we've noticed is this past year these really large thorn weeds/plants would scatter their thorns all over the playground and park walkways making it a virtual minefield for our stroller and shoes. We've had to replace or patch our tires multiple times because of this. Would be great if there was a way to completely get rid of these harmful plants.

And was perfect for her to burn off some steam. There is a volleyball court (that didn't have a net but nonetheless awesome! Most parks don't have that.) Also had 2 table tennis courts. A beautiful green baseball field that looks to be in renovation or something. And the basketball courts were just awesome. We will definitely be coming back here again.
