After reading so many favorable reviews about Sea Breeze, we made the decision to switch from a pool service franchise, to this reputable small-owner business. We have an older high-maintenance pool that needs a lot of attention - and these guys continue to take good care of it. Daniel, Parrish, Nick and Kevin are professional, reliable and care about keeping our pool working and looking its best. Sean is an integral and hands-on owner, who follows-up on the service calls and genuinely wants to make sure we're happy. Their prices are mid-range, which makes their service a great value. The prior pool service company was higher, but no-where-near as good as Sea Breeze's service. We've come to trust Sea Breeze's service, and appreciate our business relationship with them. read more

We have been trying to contact this office since 10:00 AM on 12/12/25 with no returned phone calls or emails. Yesterday, the pool technician, Terry, damaged our pool system, and since then Seabreeze Pools has gone completely silent. This lack of response after causing damage is extremely concerning. When a company breaks something and then avoids all communication, it raises serious questions about accountability, professionalism, and integrity. At this point, we are left with a broken pool system and no guidance, resolution, or acknowledgment from the company. The absence of customer service in a situation like this is unacceptable and stressful. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely communication or ownership. Tech came to check no flow at pump. Prior to arriving I went over everything I had done to troubleshoot the issue. The tech repeated everything I had done and then decided I had a bad Chlorinator. The chlorinator was replaced. They left the chlorinator partially installed and decided the project that really needed to be done which was replacing the return pipe to the pump was outside of their capability. I paid significant charge and the issue was not resolved. STAY AWAY from this company. read more

I was charged $190 for a service call related to air in my system and weak flow only for the technician to tell me that my pool has "weird plumbing" and that the massive amount of air in my system was "normal". As it turns out -- nothing about what was happening was normal, but I didn't realize it until months later when I finally started to learn everything about my system. It's a good thing that I took a video of everything before the technician left after he said that nothing was wrong. In the video you can clearly see that the pump wasn't priming. Not even close to being primed. In fact, my pool pump would never prime in the configuration in which he left it due to a suction side leak on the vacuum hose that I found later. I also rebuilt the in-floor cleaning system myself, which was the reason my jets weren't working correctly. What a scam. Stay away. read more

CAREFUL I'm an experienced businessman and I detected some sort of "bait and switch". I talked to the owner who was supposed to be here for this $8,000 to $10,000 deal plus two other houses and instead, I got another guy who was heavily smoking before showing up, no business card and a feeling that they do things fast and be in and out. DON'T WASTE TIME: I would not trust the "tech guy" I saw to install pool equipment. These guys from Sea Breeze seem to take the money and be in and out fast to save $30 on labor and get you stuck with expensive pool equipment. I agree with the other reviews that say BE CAREFUL. They lost probably some $25,000 plus of business with me with this unprofessional behavior. read more

Overpriced for poor quality work. Price charged for a $34 check valve was $90. The certified Hayward technician had to call Hayward for help connecting a Hayward pump to a Hayward Omnilogic. You will be charged $50 for them to show up and $115 an hour for substandard service. I would stay away from this company - there are much better pool companies out there. read more
