October 21, 2021 I asked Angela for a quote for "Domestic Built Blinds" She quotes me $1875 for the…read morebay window at my house. She asked for a $1200 deposit. We paid the deposit. After several weeks I called again to see where the blinds are and was told they are on their way. I asked Angela, where are they coming from China? She replied " Of course, everything comes from China". I asked her to cancel the order and reminded her I do not buy anything from China if I can help it. She refused to issue a refund. Unfortunately my wife gave her a check and she had already cashed it. I never received anything from her and never received my $1200.00 back. Somehow the reviews that don't favor her manage to go away. I have my original order with canceled check to back up my story. I also found the blinds manufactured here in Florida and had them installed in less than two weeks. I will update periodically to make sure everyone sees this. Good luck if you go with them, I had a very bad experience.
