Bob is very knowledgeable and has been in the business many years, and he doesn't give you a sales pitch or try to sell the most expensive items. Airbase set up the installation and there's also a no-interest credit option which we took advantage of. Bob checked in with us to make sure everything was ok later on. We also noted at the store that they have area rugs, Persian style rugs, mats, and other things and the prices looked really good.
