My husband did a great job finding this spot based on good reviews. He surprised me with a birthday massage and it did not disappoint! We did the 60 minutes couples massage. Our masseuse's asked what pressure level we liked and kept it consistent throughout the entire massage. They also asked what to focus on, I said shoulders. They truly listen and tends to your needs. It was about $60 per person for our massage (before tip). I recommend getting there a little early. We were late, and they are normally booked up. If they could change anything it would be adding essential oil smells to the massage and more hot towels. The space itself is clean and welcoming. We felt relaxed the entire time. I love the design of the website which makes it clear and easy to book services in advance, which is exactly what we did. Got the one-hour couple massage on a Saturday evening. Parking was easy in the plaza parking lot, and staff was friendly and professional. Our massage therapists were Sam and Jennifer, and they both did a wonderful job. My masseur, Sam, especially targeted the knots on my back with excellent technique and deep pressure without me having to say a word. The full body treatment included the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, hamstrings, shins, calves, and feet too. But the work he did on my back and shoulder blades particularly stood out and put me in a state of bliss. The atmosphere in the room was calming as well, with gentle melodies playing in the background during our session. I had a good experience with the 60 minute deep tissue massage for $70 (I tipped $15 additional). The woman at the front was very kind, attentive and welcomed me in. The price is good. The room was warm, dimly lit and the massage table was comfortable. The one downside is that the walls of each massage room do not go all the way up to the ceiling and are more like permanent partitions. Because of this, you can hear other workers and customers. I've brought my own AirPods to listen to relaxing music so that I don't hear other people. read more

Worst massage I've ever gotten. I cant speak to the others, only Maggie. I came in for a deep tissue massage and what I got: 1. She didn't put enough lotion, oil on me and was rubbing me almost dry. 2. She didn't know where the major muscles groups are and was mainly rubbing my skin with her palms 3. When I asked for it harder she would knuckle me, but not on the major muscles 4. She was moving vigorously up and down to the point where it wasn't even relaxing Will not be coming back. My oh my lol, I haven't been here or treated myself to a massage in a really long time. I decided to treat myself to a place I'm familiar with. Green Lead Spa has always been good at massages ever since I can remember. I don't think I've ever had anyone who didn't do a good job here, and the people are always so friendly. This last visit I booked with Lucy I did the 90 min combo which consisted of a 30 minute reflexology foot massage then a 60 minute full body. I have been so tense mainly on my upper body and my feet. Lucy never asked me where my problem areas were but as soon as she started on my feet it was like she had already known. When it came to my full body I can honestly say she gave me the best massage ever. The pressure was not too much and she clearly could tell I was so tense on my upper body. She even stretched me out and massaged my face. I had to tell her how amazing she did, but I think she already knew by the way I looked when I walked out lol. I love Green Leaf Spa so much that I visit at least once a week. It all started when I was really struggling with sleep, body pain, and overall tightness all of which had been even more exacerbated by pregnancy. I was 22 weeks... I am now 31 weeks! I usually come in once a week for a 90-minute prenatal, and it is just the right maintenance/medicine to keep my symptoms at bay. Today, I just walked out of a 120 min massage. They can meet my varying needs, from a more relaxing session to a targeted pain and stronger strength session, and even a good combo of the two! We had a baby shower with 320 people. My husband and I did a couples massage (30-minute feet and 90-minute body combo) to prep. We ended up coming the two days following the shower because of all the work we had done! I don't have a particular masseuse I go to. However, they have all been able to meet my needs above and beyond! This is one of my favorite massage places. I'm so happy to have found a massage studio that's close to my house and also reasonably priced. Every massage therapist here is professional and well-trained, so I never have to worry about the skill level--even if I get a therapist I haven't met before. Whenever I need a massage, I just call the owner and they arrange it easily for me. I usually leave $30 gratuity for a one-hour massage because I know how hard they work, and their skills are even better than those at high-end places that charge two or three times more. It's a small way to show my support. Since it's close to my home, I really hope this place stays open for a long time--so I don't have to drive FAR to get a good massage. I was in the neighborhood feeling spontaneous and walked in without an appointment.  Luckily, I got Lucy as my masseuse.  I explained to her where I needed deep pressure to break down the sore  knots and where the tender areas were that tend to spasm with a little too much pressure. Me and my friend were booked for 1 hr deep tissue massage. And this place was being nice to stay late to take our appointments at 8.30pm. My friend got Sam which she said he was really good.i could hear her snoring next to me. She love it. But my therapist was really bad worst experience of my life. As a certified massage therapist myself. I am confident to say she have zero knowledge of deep tissue or even anatomy of body and where is muscle that she need to work on. She was pinched here elbow directly on my spine 3 times as I told her not too. She was all over the place on my shoulder so fast. It hurt me so bad I felt my skin is burning while she massaging me. When I told her to put more pressure on.what she did is just stack her elbow right into my back trapezius and it left me pain until now. What she does mostly is rubbing me really fast. You might wonder why don't I say anything. I thought at least let her rubbing me to relax but is not and I felt bad for her to stay in late for took both of us. What pissed me the most is the price for one hour was $60. I gave her 70 and then I told her she can keep the change and then I gave her an extra $10 which is 20. she looked at me and really disappointed that I gave her $20 if I didn't come late I would rather gave her five dollars or $10 because this is really bad and she need to know it but I gave her $20. Most services come out to be about a $1/minute which is very reasonable for the area. The first time I went there was a miscommunication that led my 1 hour combo massage to being an hour and a half. Which was fine, but I ended up spending a bit more than I originally intended. The parlor itself is pretty middle of the road and nothing ritzy, but it's clean, dark, and quiet. I come here at least 1x a month and get a 90 deep tissue minute massage with Lisa. First of all, let me say how caring everyone is here. As a woman, it's important to me that when I get a massage I feel safe so I can relax. I don't just feel safe, but I feel like Lisa and Mia truly care about me. Now down to the massage critique! I literally come here because Lisa is helping me readjust and realign my posture. She gets down to muscles I have never even felt before and releases tension I didn't even know I had. She's intuitive and will focus on different areas of my body and joints whee my mobility and range of motion could be better so that I can in turn execute deeper exercises and straighten my posture out even more. I know its cheap but don't even bother. My partner and i went in for two deep tissue massage. When we arrived she said we only booked for one. I called ahead as I always do, looking for a same day appointment. I was pleased they had availability and was assured that the therapist could do deep tissue. When I arrived I was told to communicate my needs and pressure level with the therapist. While I'm mostly impressed by this open communication, I've been to places before where I was told that and it didn't make a difference, however, this is not one of those places! Once my massage started, I quickly noticed that I needed more pressure, and simply asked, and it was all amazingly wonderful from there! The massage was therapeutic, relaxing, and enjoyable.
