So be aware - either plan a trip to the store when you get to a Spectrum rental, or bring all your own supplies from home! I'd rather be on the beach than running to the store for basic supplies - that is why we pay the higher prices! And it is not clear on their property descriptions, at least the ones that we saw, that you need to bring all your basic supplies from home. They did come out and fix a repair that needed to be made so we appreciated their efficiency in that area, and thus the reason for the added star.

The outside pool is quite large and they also have an inside pool. The size of the outside pool took me off guard a bit. Most Beach properties that I have stayed at pool was not as quite as large and this one also has a slide. It always had plenty of chairs available and they have a lot of them with umbrellas. There is a small food stand but no alcoholic beverage for the adults; however, you can bring your own light snacks in a cooler. The walk to the beach is not far and the Atlantic Ocean is very soothing. However I highly suggest you to bring some beach shoes because the sand has small shells in it that could hurt small feet. The local area has beautiful restaurants, and the price point is $$. There are local grocery stores and drug store so anything you want or need or didn't bring when you left home, you're able to get here. My cousin secured the condo. The condo we stayed in was a two bedroom and it was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very spacious. The owner of this condominium was amazing, communication was on point, no issues whatsoever. It looks dirty, the beds are old, blinds were broken, the kitchen floor was like a fun-house floor, the ceiling fan in the living room couldn't be shut off, the dining room light was ridiculously dim, the vent in the kitchen ceiling blew cold air directly from the outside the entire time, the neighbors could see directly into the bathroom because those blinds were broken too, and there were roaches. Lots of large roaches. On top of that, one of the bathrooms was so tiny that you could barely sit on the toilet and the shower was a joke. We're not particularly large people, but we couldn't use that bathroom. We arrived Saturday at 4:00, and I emailed Bluewater that night at 7:00 because I was so disappointed in the house. I listed half of those issues because that's all we'd noticed at that point. It got worse as the week went on. We've rented multiple other houses on Ocean Drive and this one was the worst. I received a quick response and someone showed up on Sunday (let themselves in even though we were sitting right there which I thought was incredibly rude) and changed a lightbulb, took pictures, and then I never heard anything again for the rest of our stay. I'm sorry, but at 3K for a week, someone could have come and hung $10 blinds in the bathroom. The entire house looked dirty and dated and was poorly stocked. Stay away from this place. I'll be sharing this review everywhere so no one else has to have this kind of experience.

House is absolutely disgusting. A neighbor stopped by when we were leaving. He said the home is completely neglected yet still rents. Don't waste your money! We've stayed at two additional homes since then. Both meh. The latest, 6/2021, had half smoked cigarette butts on the dresser and under the bed...is that actually considered Covid 19 level clean??? How do you miss cleaning those as well as addressing the smoke smell in a non smoking home. Also this rental was in June when you would expect the homes to be in pretty good shape-not lots of wear and tear. This home had dirty blankets, broken appliances(which were fixed while we were there), hair in the shower...too much to dismiss as a random miss. Bluewater's attention to detail in their rentals has declined exponentially over the years. We love renting in EI but Bluewater will not be our go to rental company moving forward.

Frustration had reached a high and fed up with the deterioration of our neighborhood we got the City folks involved in our clean up effort. We also gave Management Services an opportunity to solve the problems their tenants were creating with garbage piles and trash/recycle bins not being returned to units after they were emptied. We're pleased to say that with everyone working together, the majority of the problems have been rectified. The City sent out letters reminding people of proper trash handling and the necessity of getting trash and recycle bins out of the roadway when emptied. Management Services has someone in the area regularly keeping an eye on things. Our neighborhood is looking so much better. We still have a few people who just don't get it, but we now have confidence that Management Services will continue to educate their tenants and that the City Solid Waste Manager, David Cox will be keeping an eye on our neighborhood. Thank you, Mr. Cox and thank you, Management Services for your efforts on behalf of College Park!

This house was "dog friendly" we brought our two dogs! Get there and there are signs that say no dogs on the furniture! Dog friendly NOT! My dogs live on my lap. Said it included a washer and dryer. You had to go outside down the stairs and don't forget the key to a room below the house. Dark and dingy and filthy. Dryer completely rusty! So you want to do your clothes in that! I had planned on doing laundry and brought minimal clothing. Ugh! The front door of the house is has a sliding glass door with no window covering! Talk about being exposed to the world! You would think the owner could spend $20 bucks to cover the window. The floors were filthy when we arrived and I had to mop the floor with a crappy broken mop. There was NO king size blanket for the bed so we found 2 twin size blankets to use. Heaven only knows how often they wash those. Then to top all this off the refrigerator broke and we lost a lot of food. We wasted a whole day and a half waiting around for them to take care of this problem. Apparently the home owner wanted it repaired not replaced so they went back and forth on that for most of the day. While we waited around not enjoying our vacation for a working refrigerator. The owner finally agreed to get a new refrigerator. After spending $2800+ to stay for a special week it was ruined! We asked for payment for the food we lost and reimbursement for one days rent. They offered us a mere $50 for the food we lost. Bluewater should make the owner make this right. It's not like we asked for the whole week rent back!

There were numerous problems, such as no WIFI. I spoke with the Cannon - Gruber rep. and she told me that  somethings couldn't be fix because it was the weekend. She also told me the best that she could do, to fix the WIFI, was to give me the instructions. She said that she would email the instructions. Which she never did. Why should I have to fix their WIFI? The only thing that she tried to fix was the missing blind slats in the master. For us, this was a one time shot weekend and the rental didn't even come close to what we expected.
