She was very short and did not seem to care that I made arrangements based on the information I received the week before from the dealer. The only concern she had was to be able to leave by 3pm everyday, so if I couldn't make it before 3pm, I had to leave work or go to work late in order to return it and accommodate her schedule. After hanging up the phone I was very frustrated. I decided to call back and ask for a manager. At this point, I spoke with Leslie and was told me it was not a problem, I could bring the car in because he's there until 6pm. When I arrived he was very nice, accommodating, and very informative. It was an overall easy and pleasant experience. If I was in the market for a porshe, I would definitly head back there to deal with Leslie.
