They could not complete the tasks so they left and their boss was suppose to come that night to fix the lights. The boss didn't show then he was suppose to come the next day and didn't show. Then said he was in the hospital dealing with a"domestic issue" which is strange he would even provide that information, very unprofessional and should keep those matters private. Then said he would come after the weekend at 9am. I was alone at home with my newborn baby and had everything set... I waited for hours. I texted and called then finally got a text from him. He sent me a screen shot of a message with someone whom I dont even know. It was so strange. He said he had to get tested for covid but he didn't even have the decency to message me saying he wasn't coming. It was so rude and I'm left with wires hanging out of my wall which is so unsafe.
