I communicated with the shop owner, Kennez at K3 Graphic Design through yelp to set up an appointment. It was promptly reviewed and Kennez replied back in no time. I was requesting tinting all my windows for my Ford Crown Victoria. Once I arrived there Kennez answered the questions I had regarding the the tint concentration, risks of being stopped, and recommended options. He answered all my questions professionally. At the end, I ended up getting the 35% tint for all the windows except the windshield. I cannot be happier with the results. Do not let Kennez fool you, he may seemed a little too serious at first but he is a full professional at this trade. Price was fair as well. I completely recommend K3 for your tinting services. I bought a truck detailing as a birthday gift. When we brought the truck we were informed that we would be charged extra for removing the pet hair. It was fair, we transport three dogs in the truck. And the truck owner was elated when he saw the truck next day. He said he got the truck detailed and he said that it never came back like this. They walked outside Of the car with me and made sure i was aware of any extra costs that they may come up (pet hair, shampooing). I am writing this review because of the poor business practices of K3 Graphic Design. I bought a Groupon for my friend's birthday, but when he called to redeem the Groupon, the owner refused to honor the deal. Even when my friend offered to make up the difference in regular price and the Groupon, the owner still did not accept the Groupon. The Groupon was still valid and had not expired yet, so it does not make sense that the business would not hold up their end of the deal. My friend never received the services rendered, and I had to deal with trying to get a refund from Groupon after the 3-day window for refunds had closed. I am greatly disappointed by the poor planning and substandard business practices of K3 Graphic Design. read more

Perfect tint job at a great price! They always put the customer first and is willing to go out of their way to make sure they're happy. Was able to tint the huge back window of my Tesla model 3 in one piece with no issues. Many shops can't even do it in one piece! Great location which is only 5 mins away from my house.
