The dirt is gone! I sprayed the area down & wiped it. Not like they would have had to scrub or anything! It would have took no effort!

Let's s start with the rude woman eating her breakfast that could not be bothered. I had not been here in a year, did not know the procedure, had questions and asked if she was working, she asked me "Do you have a problem that I'm eating?" Well Ma'am actually, professional establishments know that you should not be eating "on the floor," when you are working, dealing with clients. That's what breaks are for. Nevertheless, I was not about to argue with her and I did as directed and drove in to the vacuum area. As other reviewers pointed out, more than several spots are missed. So they charge extra to clean mats? Fine, but you mean to tell me, they couldn't have smacked them against the ground to get the crumbs and debris out? How did they not pass the vacuum over the mats? I did hear a supervisor telling the vacuum guy to get off his phone. He was very stern and gave it as a warning. Maybe the vacuum crew does not pay too much attention bc they are too busy on their phones? I love that they hire locals from the neighborhood but they must be better trained! The console still had dusts/crumbs as well. I came here once last year ad the small piece for the camera that's on the windshield was accidentally ripped down, when they were whiping the windshield. It was stuck with some kind of glue or tape, so today I put a post it note sign that said "Do Not Touch." Since it's not their car, no care is taken! There is speed and efficiency but this is not it! They rush and do a sloppy, horrible job, with NO efficiency. Finally, near the end where there are like 6 people trying to wipe down your car in 2.5 seconds, I reminded them about the camera and also said "WIPE DOWN THE DOOR JAMBS." I specifically told the supervisor and he barely acknowledged me, just shook his head. Please, see my pix to see the filth that was still on my car and they had the nerve to tell me it was ready! I know better with this place, so I open all doors, and the trunk to check and I'm so glad I did. It was disgusting. They are ripping people off, and I have hunch it is mainly females bc they think we don't know any better and just drive off. Not me! So I called a young guy over and showed him and he agreed it was still dirty, so he wiped down where he could and even asked me "Where else?" I showed him a few areas and he cleaned it properly. I had only $6 cash, but I discreetly gave it to him. Why put it in the community tip jar, if the community ain't working? Go here only as a last resort/emergency. Also, do not bother with their highest priced package with the fake, invisible wax job they do. Lol, I have paid for that service and I promise you, there is no difference and there is NO waxing going on! I got home and parked, took out my Awesome spray, paper towels and even hit some areas with Q-tips to get the car properly cleaned. Again, proceed at your own risk, They detached my cam, left the vehicle filthy, charge a lot for the work they do, and Ms Sassy had an unprofessional attitude!

I've been taking my car here for years and it's a pretty good deal. It's a full service car wash which means they have people cleaning your windows and vacuuming your car out. Depending on how much of a wash and/or wax you want the price goes up. They also do detailing. The real key to this place is getting there at the right time. If you pick a sunny Saturday there will be a huge line of cars waiting to get the treatment. If you pick an off day, the middle of the day or get there when they open at 8:00am then you'll be in and out in about 7 minutes or so. Tons of car accessories inside the place, too.

    Long lines...

If you've never washed your own car, including interior windows, door jambs, aluminum wheels, vacuuming, and whipping down entire car, then perhaps you won't appreciate this car wash.

Damon did a fantastic job!!…read more I'll keep this short and sweet: I called his business based on the yelp reviews, in hopes of finding a car detailing service that could come by on short notice, while I was visiting my parents in the area. Damon told me he had availability, and arranged to come by within 2 hours. He brought his detailing van and got right to business. Within an hour and 15 mins, he was finished giving my car his premium wash service package. He also offers several other wash packages to match your detailing needs. He throughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car, as well as the tires...and was able to clean off some sticky sauce spillage that occurred on one of my leather back seats. Yelp peeps..the reviews are true! He provides 5 star service..and his business is black-owned, so I was more than happy to support this local business owner! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't bother using this detail service. Time is money, and it seems they don't have respect…read morefor either. Professionalism and respect is really all you need to keep permanent clients, but I don't think the owner of this company inhibits any of those attributes. The company is called 'Quality Standard Cleaning,' yet I don't see anything pertaining to 'quality' or 'standards.' I reached out to this detail service after a recommendation, and booked an appointment via their online reservation system. The only options that were available were 5:30pm and 6:00pm. I looked through numerous dates, and these same time slots were available. I booked a 5:30pm appointment and sent a courtesy text to the number provided to let them know I booked said appointment on said date. The owner (I assume the owner), reached back out suggesting 4:00pm as it gets dark early toward the later part of the afternoon (I of course knew this with it being January of 2026). I certainly would have booked an earlier time...if it was available on the site as an option. No harm no foul. Fast forward to the appointment date, rain was on the forecast and we had to re-schedule. Again, no harm no foul. Weather can't be controlled. We re-scheduled for the following week, and I asked if a specific Wednesday at 4:00pm would work. The owner asked if it could be a bit earlier, and we settled on 3:30pm. Fast forward again to the re-scheduled appointment date, and I receive a text earlier in the day that rain is in my area and the owner just wanted to send a heads up. It's not very difficult to look outside or check the weather forecast, but there was no rain. My wife was home the entire day, no rain. Any guesses? It did not rain this day. Not wanting to get out of line or question the owner's weather prediction, I waited until appointment time. 3:30pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. I did have to empty my vehicle twice (including the first time) along with two car seats (not exactly the easiest nor convenient in terms of the time it takes to do it). 3:45pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. 4:15pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. Don't businesses owners usually offer a 15 minute grace period? I'd like to think I'm over that threshold. I sent a text at 4:15pm stating that we don't have to proceed with the appointment, and I will hire someone else's services. The owner responds back stating he is '7 minutes out, but that is fine.' Wait a minute.....didn't you say you wanted to start earlier (3:30pm), to which we agreed, yet you didn't make 3:30pm or 4:00pm....and the biggest part? No courtesy text. A quick "hey I am running late and here is my ETA." Am I supposed to predict the future like your weather forecast prediction? Moral of the story as said in the first sentence. Time is money. If you don't like money, don't waste someone's time. All of the excuses just added up and it is disappointing that I had my time wasted by someone who doesn't value company standards, respect, professionalism and time. If you don't want to do the job, just say that. I would rather an owner say "I am going to decline this job" rather than being given the run around. A little advice to any business owners or potential clients reading this review, don't sacrifice your time for ineptitude. Make sure you root your business and conversations on respect and professionalism. Don't bother with this company and find someone reputable.
