He was unable to duplicate the ignition key (THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN), but he spent 3 hours attempting to do so. He also made me two vehicle lock keys. He refused any form of compensation since he could not duplicate the ignition key. I basically harassed him to give me his Venmo information so that I could pay him for the two vehicle keys and all his hard word, but he wouldn't budge. That's called integrity, and it's a dying art. Furthermore, he offered me a potential solution to the issue prior to his departure, which I will take him up on in the near future. I cannot recommend Forrest enough.

Called the big local companies to get someone out ASAP. Hard to live with no water at all. No one could get out until Monday. $1000 to get someone out from either of the companies as this was considered 24 hour emergency service Searched in Yelp and came across this company. Talked directly to a man named Charlie. He listened to my explanation and came out early the next morning with parts he knew he would need to fix the issue. They answered my emails quickly and patiently. I sent the file to them by email at 5 a.m. (expecting to pick the job up 2 days later). An email arrived hours later telling me that my 150, 4-page full-color newsletters were ready to pick up at noon that same day w/o any extra charge. I sent them a PDF file converted from Publisher, and it looks great on 80# paper.
