I have used this cleaner for over 20 years, but only a few times per year. I went to drop off 10 shirts today (Saturday) and asked if I could have them Tuesday. "No, she said not until Thursday". Alright, inconvenient, as I have business travel on Wednesday, but no big deal. I asked for two of the shirts back, I'll do them myself. She gives me a new receipt. On second thought give me three back, I better have a spare. With as much snark as she could muster she asks "Is that it? Because now you're wasting my paper". I would normally use this dry cleaners to do simple drop off's . I needed a pair of pants taken in ,i try them on , woman looks at me and says ok your good , i ask your not going to pin and measure it , she says no i got it , i say id like you measure it the pants were expensive , shes say i got it .....i leave annoyed , come back in 4 days the pants wont even fit over my calfs. I express how annoyed i am at this , she blows me off like this sort of normal in this place ........i go back after she again refuses to fix the problem by measuring it ,try it on amd its still isnt right ...she says that will be 27.50.....thats it for me ...drop offs never had an issue , i wouldnt use the so called seemstrice, clothes could end up looking like a sloppy garbage bag or trimed to a youth large read more

I give these people no stars. My old cleaners retired and shut down so I went hear. On my 4th visit I picked up 8 shirts. The all had a stain in the same spot on the left arm. I politely pointed these stains out and asked them to please clean them. They would not clean them again and the owner pointed to a sign behind the counter and said it was "no my problem....you just pay". I refused to pay and asked (politely) for the rest of my cleaning back (that was supposed to be ready but not). They refused and said you just pay now. Their daughter called the cops when I said I wouldn't pay and escalated the situation. I'm glad to see they get almost no stars. I now have 8 stained dress shirts ranging from $150-$500. read more

I've been coming here since 2001. I have never had to complain. They never lost any of apparel. I only rock high end apparel and it looks good like they day I bought it. They do my alterations as well. I bring custom made suits and they correct my guys work. I will never use anyone else! read more

I've been going to see Cove cleaners for many years now. They have a deal where if you spend $10 in dry cleaning you can have up to 11 shirts cleaned for $1 each. I brought in my usual stack of dress shirts as well as a suit to have dry cleaned. The suit cost $9.75 to dry clean and because it did not reach $10 they would not give me the deal of cleaning the shirts for one dollar each. I know it's recently switched ownership and the previous owners did honor the deal. The new owner refused to honor the deal basically cuz I was short $0.25. She stated I could have one of the shirts dry-cleaned to make up for the $0.25 deficit and then she would clean the rest of the shirts for a dollar each. Just seems ridiculous. Took 3 shirts here to be cleaned and pressed. 2 came back with dark black stains all over them. One of the shirts that was stained had never been worn. When I returned them asking for an explanation they told me that I probably had them in the trunk of my car and got greese on them. This was followed by a bemused expression that the owner maintained throughout the conversation. At the end of the day, they said they weren't' responsible and there was nothing they can do to help me. While this place is certainly affordable, it's worth it only if your shirts and laundry can cheaply be replaced. There are much better options available. Use at your own risk... read more

I was so disappointed with the service here. My clothing wasn't ready on time and when I finally picked up my stuff and they charged me an obscene amount of money to stitch a one inch hole. A price that did not reflect what we had discussed. There are plenty other dry cleaners in this area that I would refer anyone to with way better service read more

I brought in a skirt to be shortened. When I saw it on the hanger I could see that the front was about 1.5 inches shorter than the back. The slip was also showing. I pointed this out and the woman said that it was the material. I told her that I was not happy and she insisted that I told her to make it like this and brought me in the back to see her video tape. The video showed nothing except for the fact that I was in the store. I politely told her that I was unhappy and asked that she compensate me. After a long back and forth with her blaming me, which is absolutely ridiculous, her husband came out and looked at the skirt and said she should compenaate me. She asked for the receipt and I showed it to her and she credited me $67.00. Now every time I go in to drop off dry cleaning and use up the credit she gives me a hard time and inspects each piece of clothing. If there is a stain she points it out and states that she will not be responsible if she cannot remove the stain. The woman is nasty and is looking to start a fight. She is not familiar with the term customer service and is a terrible seamstress. I will never use this dry cleaner again. I did take a similar skirt to another dry cleaner and explained the situation. She confirmed that a skirt should not be an inch and a half longer in the back under any circumstance, read more
