RUDE! I usually go to the dry cleaner near my office, but figured I'd try near home for a change. The man at the counter couldn't be bothered to interrupt his cell phone call when I dropped off my clothes and when I picked them up. He was so rude I let him know that he lost a potential regular customer and I would never be back (and I haven't been)! read more

I discovered this gem a few years ago and have never gone to another dry cleaners since! I get all of my suits and shirts dry cleaned here and also get most of my tailoring done here too. All of my clothes always comes back to me as it should - clean and ready to wear. More than that, the owners here are so friendly and sweet. I have been going here for many years. The service is good and the turn around time is as promised. There was never a credit card minimum and there are NO signs that says there is a credit minimum. (FYI, the credit card minimum is $10). I feel like the consumer should know about this with a sign especially if the owner wants to change this overnight. read more

I've been coming here on a weekly basis for over 5 years to get my work clothes dry cleaned. Lakeville is well-priced, has a quick turnaround, and I always look forward to getting my crisply pressed shirts and pants back from them. (They even returned some loose cash (about 50 bucks) that I forgot in my pants). Parking in the plaza is ample, and usually it's a quick in-and-out visit, like clockwork. You'd be hard pressed (excuse the pun, har har) to find a more reliable and quality cleaners in the area. read more

What nasty people and condescending people! The woman is incredibly rude! They mixed up up my husband's slacks my son's suits slacks (on separate separate tickets I might add) then s eyed it and we couldn't find the matching pants for four days (my son was leaving for a client meeting) burned some of my son's shirts ironing them , then LOST 5 of my husband's shirts! Finally reimbursed him for the shirts after giving us a hard time. Being neighborhood people and wanting to give them credit for the reimbursement we wanted to give them another chance and they refused our business in case THEY lost his shirts again. Their words! Sooo annoyed! Family and I have been using these guys for couple years not many problems, I found large hole in my jacket about 2 weeks after p/u, cause I put it in closet until needed, and when I took it out of the plastic I noticed. So I showed them and the mean old women said I was lying and that I made the hole. Then she tries to tell me I never even got it cleaned there, it's not in my history on her computer! I almost lost it. All I wanted was the hole fixed! It's not like I was asking for money or yelling at her. Can't believe someone who owns business could be so stupid... Lost 4 customers (my family also) cause too stubborn to fix 2 inch hole that they made....not the kind of people I want in charge of anything of mine. I was a first-time customer and dropped off a brand-new pair of polyester/rayon/spandex blend women's dress pants, that were very wrinkled. I asked for them to be dry cleaned and pressed, with front creases. I paid the posted dry cleaning fee for pants--$5.00. I picked up the pants a few days later and took them home. When I removed the plastic from the hangar, I immediately smelled a sickeningly strong floral odor. The pants smelled like they had been washed in heavily perfumed laundry detergent. It was apparent that they had not been dry cleaned--they had been laundered in a washing machine. I only use unscented laundry soap, and absolutely cannot tolerate strong "perfumes" that have been chemically produced. I called the dry cleaners and the man said I should bring the pants back. I returned to the dry cleaners the next day. A woman greeted me at the front counter. I explained that I had spoken to a man about my pants having been laundered, instead of dry cleaned. The man approached the counter and was hostile right away. I told him that I paid for my pants to be dry cleaned, but it was obvious they were laundered instead. He said that the pants "had a stain" and that is why they washed them. I told them that was impossible--the pants were brand new and I had never worn them. He continued to be hostile and did not offer to rectify the problem. I asked him if he could dry clean my pants as originally requested. I said that perhaps the dry cleaning fluid would remove the overpowering stench of chemically produced perfume. The man reluctantly agreed to my request. I picked up the pants a few days later. Lo and behold they still smelled the same, and it was totally obvious that the dry cleaners had done absolutely nothing. Incredible! So I ended up paying $5.00 to launder one pair of pants. Now I am going to have to soak my pants in vinegar, to try and get the perfumed stench out. Then I will have to take them back to another dry cleaners. I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB. The dry cleaner owners (man and wife I presume) are committing fraud, in my opinion. read more

We went to this place for our Dry Cleaning for about. 7 years. I thought the Chinese woman at the counter seemed very sweet, always pleasant. Then one day....I came to pick up my designer dress that I just bought at Sak's that was being fitted for me there. I went into thier dressing room tried it on, checked myself out in the mirror and there was a big brown stain up by the boob of the dress!!! I told the always sweet Chinese lady, and she said : I brought it in like that. I was appalled!!! I said I did not, she argued back and she said :we no do. Then she rolled her eyes to the customer at the counter. It was awful, very unprofessional!!! Finally her husband heard and he came up front looked at it, and took it to the back...and poof the brown stain was gone!! Needles to say I NEVER WENT BACK THERE AGAIN. THAT WOMAN WAS A LIAR AND TREATED ME UNFAIRLY !!!! Beware of her, she's not the sweet person you think she is, when there is a problem, she'll throw you to the WOLVES!!! read more
