The truck - Piacere - had a brick oven and my pie was made fresh to order with perfectly salty and generously portioned prosciutto, a big ball of mozzarella. The crust was nice and chewy, with a light char. The chicken empanada I tried from a friend's order was also well seasoned. Drinks-wise, I enjoyed their Bacardi silver mojito. It was well blended although I did have to remind the bartender to actually add liquor as the pour was a little on the weak side. This happened with various cocktails of other people in my group. For at least the first part of the night, there was only one bartender (on a Friday night) and the line tended to build up.
