I've also never waited in the waiting room for longer than a minute or two, so their prompt attention to appointments is something I've never experienced in a dentist's office. Wonderful. TVs in the room with your command of the control are also a nice, comforting touch. I will continue to recommend this local establishment. Thanks for the top notch experience.

They also recommended I get a deep cleaning, although I had one within the last year and my insurance only covers them every 3 years. I was hesitant to continue going here after I found out Dr. Hahn left the practice, but I called to make an appointment for my regular checkup and they refused to do it unless I scheduled the deep cleaning (which I won't do until I can get it covered - it's over $400 per quadrant out of pocket). When Dr. Hahn, and Jordan (the hygienist) were there, they had no problem doing my regular x-rays and cleaning a couple times a year until I was eligible for the deep cleaning. It seems that with both of them gone, I would have to pay for an expensive treatment that is not necessary more than every few years just to be seen. I'm starting to understand why the best people left the practice. The customer service is awful and they do not try to make you feel comfortable. I'm quite sure I will find better care elsewhere in the Seattle area.

However, she gave ways this still could happen. She offered hope. She and the team won't lie to you. They don't suggest short term options like many places I've been. They of course value your decision, yet offer what strengths your bones. I went for a free consultation and left with the determination of financing my needs as North Seattle Dentures and Implants are the only place I trust with my needs. They sincerely care about the clients. It's that feeling you get after being at so many places. That inner peace or gut feeling. You'll hear more from me once I find a lender. Judi

Truly, the Best…read more Dr. Nagatomo, and the full support team here are outstanding ! The Doctor is a good listener, and made sure that all of my concerns and issues were addressed before the surgery. I had her do 2 dental implants for me. I am very pleased with the results ! The process was smooth, and most professional. For the first implant I elected to be awake during the surgery. Everything went nicely. The Doctor, and her Assistant, Shauna were efficient and very thorough. (Shauna was so nice, too !) During the procedure they provided me with details on where in the process we were. There was no pain during the procedure. The pain after surgery was just for about one day. It is now over a year later, and I am most pleased with the surgery; the implanted post; and the top tooth. I had a second implant recently. For this tooth I chose to be sedated during the process. The implant went smoothly, and the results are great ! In a few months I will have a follow-up exam with the Doctor, and the schedule the top tooth. I don't remember much from the surgery, but observe that I have a great implant now ! The "support staff" in the office are excellent. The Front Desk staff person was detailed and helpful. The clinical staff were professional, and kind. Throughout the process, there was good attention paid to my comfort; and the overall focus on a "good outcome". Dr. Nagatomo is very experienced and well educated in this profession. She was very kind and professional in all of my communications with her. If you want "The Best", this is it.
