Usually all the surf shops have the same stuff- this location had an amazing assortment of sandals for men and women, snorkel & surf supplies, hats that actually said Hawaii in a modern way, tons of different brands and I even saw Mermaid tails for little girls! The prices on some stuff was totally reasonable and then a few random items I saw were super steep. Customer service was great, very genuine and honest. Literally as I spotted the cutest trailer as I left the Snoopy Surf Shop in Hale'iwa Store Lots and saw that they create permanent jewelry I just had to give them a look. Of course being this crafty you know it's gonna be a unique kiosk and done so cute and perfect it was fun browsing the various items she carry along with checking out the various samples of the jewelry you can create. There is a price list for the various jewelry you like to make and I had to give it some serious though but decided on a super cute ring that was adjustable making it a easy fit for various fingers lol especially when I'm working that I'm unable to wear jewelry it's always nice to have a bit of bling to brighten up my look, and as a jewelry maker myself I just enjoy seeing other inspirations and enjoy the craft of it all. Don't want to spend $45 on a towel, as you would upstairs at the gift shop inside the hotel? Then this is the place for you, where you can buy towels for $12. It's essentially a convenience store, with some fun tourist gifts and knickknacks. They sell sunscreen, Advil, Pepto-Bismol, and all that kind of stuff. They sell snacks, cereal, drinks, as well as well as more beachy items. They also sell some cute stuff that you could take home if you are here visiting Hawaii. The staff is generally very nice, and professional. Whenever I am staying at the hotel, or attending the annual yoga festival at the hotel, I like to come here to get small items for breakfast. I'm not a big breakfast person, especially if I've got a full day. Also, this is much cheaper than essentially anywhere else on the Turtle Bay property. Hope you find what you need!

The people who worked there greeted us, and were extremely helpful and sweet. It's a great place to get cute Hawaiian stuff if you're a tourist, but also a great place for locals to do yoga/massage stuff. They have a pretty good collection of yoga clothes, workout stuff, and just all-around cute clothes. I recognized some of the same stuff that's at other yoga shops, but some I did not, and I think it's exclusive to them. Only negative: Some of the yoga wear is expensive (to me), but they are not gouging, as I've seen it cost the same or more at other places. They had some darling jewelry, and some stylish trucker hats with fun designs. We walked around for quite a bit, and surprisingly, there were enough people in there that it was almost crowded. That's good for business, though, I suppose! I didn't really see the sign from the road, so I hope that more people find out about this cute little place. Next time I'm on the North Shore, I'll stop by again!

When I found out about Noelani's jewelry from a video I saw, I was really excited to order something from her, not only to support her business... but also thinking that I would be getting a piece of jewelry MADE IN and FROM HAWAII. I'm originally from Hawaii, and I miss home so it really meant something to me to have a locally made Hawaiian item. I was even happy to pay the premium for overpriced and (what I later learned upon receiving the jewelry) pretty low quality stones. But as it turns out, what I ordered was actually MADE and SHIPPED from ARIZONA! I strongly feel this is false advertising! Very disappointed! If I actually wanted jewelry from the mainland, the choices are unlimited. I feel ripped off and lied to. The lady working for Noelani in Arizona said her husband got a job in AZ so she moved and is making jewelry from there. She told me, if you want something from Noelani that is actually FROM Hawaii, go to her store in person. When I voiced my concern that I felt misled because it is strongly implied that their jewelry is sourced from Hawaii, her correspondence with me simply stopped, and I got no response back... even though she and I had had an ongoing correspondence prior when I was inquiring via email about the jewelry (basically asking about sizing). So they know they are misrepresenting themselves and still do it anyway. Not cool. Her label's say "Noelani Hawaii" not "Noelani" or "Noelani Arizona".

My friend was undecided and so we ended up returning today and the same worker was there. She answered all the questions we had and made the process super easy. She was willing to work within my friend's budget and get her something that she really loves! They offer a warranty that allows you to send your jewelry to them if anything were to happen to it too, which is awesome! Here, we learned how to make a braided haku (head lei). Little did we know, braiding is the harder one of the two types to make, but we got the hang of it thanks to Patricia, a former world-traveling Polynesian dancer who's been making them for 35+ years. My husband has never braided anything before, and he did an amazing job for his first time! His braids were even tighter than mine! We visited a second time just two days later when we came back for the PCC's luau. I purchased 3 sarongs and a mother of pearl brooch/clip that adds a bit of decor when wrapping. The quality of the dye and fabrics is stunning. They are so soft and colorful! Definitely recommend a visit here for both the people and the items!

Rented my snorkel gear here, and these guys (i only caught the manager's name, Michael) are AWESOME! it was a little bit pricier, $15 for snorkel, mask, and fins for a day, but they also gave my friend and I the long sleeved shirts for free, to prevent from getting burned. My friend is not a swimmer, and was worried, and Michael wrote CCC on her hand. Cool, Calm, and Collected. He also let her use a life vest and a noodle to help her float as well. We parked in their parking lot ($5 in and out for the day) as parking is harder around the beach and things can get stolen, and left our car keys with them. Great service, great rental gear (It's Snorkel Bob's!), and great times!
