As Hurricane Sandy victims, we had been completely taken advantage of by some very well known companies who used the storm as an opportunity to pad prices for negligent and subpar work. After interviewing countless companies to find a resolve to our issues, Jimmy came in like a superhero and completely gutted our old heating system, replaced it with a state of the art new system and did it all within one day for a highly competitive price... The end result proved to be a well organized, user friendly, clean and neat professional heating and hot water system complete with top of the line equipment.. All of this was more reasonably priced than others that were offering lesser quality materials with longer installation time frames. Jimmy was responsive and easy to get a hold of... while his technicians were extremely knowledgeable, clean, friendly and efficient. Jimmy Seaman Plumbing Heating really stepped up as one of the most helpful plumbers in a desperate time during my house raise. He was asked at last minute because my original plumber walked away on day he was due to start to help get my family home because time ran out where we were temporarily staying. The cold weather was approaching and my wife and I were stressing. Spoke with Jimmy and within a week his crew was there preparing and getting everything started. His schedule was packed but knowing my situation after that first day, he came back few days later to finish hooking everything up. All we needed was gas meter, the day meter was put in Jimmy's crew stopped at my house and got water, heat and everything else he could do complete. I had recently purchased a home and I was running into so many issues. Little leaks and unsealed pipes to name a few. One day I walked into my downstairs bathroom and realized it had been flooding. I was FREEEEZING! It was one of those recent really cold days and nights. My heating had stopped working. I thought it was my thermostats. It was not early and I figured I could not get support until tomorrow -- but I called Seaman Plumbing. Jimmy came over and was so accommodating, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I called Seaman for two reason, the reviews and their location, However after having experience their workmanship I would use them if they were in Montauk Point, I had a gas burner heating system replaced. They were not only fair in their price but so professional in the way they worked. They came within a week of my calling and finished in the time they promised. They cleaned after the work and left all areas l spotless. When I pointed out and outside faucet, unrelated to the job, the fixed it without charge!!
