Bruce, Chris, and Mr. Cilento were very professional, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire job. I have a Navien boiler, which is efficient but also very sensitive and requires special training to service correctly. They clearly knew what they were doing and were well trained on this type of boiler. My boiler had several issues going on at once, and they stuck with it until they found the problem and repaired it properly. They also took the time to answer all of my questions without any annoyance, and they gave me helpful information about my plumbing and boiler so I can better understand it going forward. Called Cilento on a Thursday for a rusted heating pipe. Friday afternoon someone was here to look at the pipe and give a ballpark estimate. I called them twice this year. Once for a leaking pipe that another company told me would cost $7,000 for their misdiagnosis of the problem. Cilento found the problem was a loose bolt that only needed tightening between the riser and the main waterline. I was more than ecstatic to pay $150 since plumbers are paid by the hour. There was no erosion of the main waterline. The other call was for my boiler. A box on my gas boiler needed to be changed. After our former plumber failed to fix our bathroom radiant floor after a couple of visits, I found Cilento Pipeline on Yelp and scheduled an appointment with Rachel who was very nice and polite. Technician Bruce arrived right on time (a rarity in my experience), quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a reasonable price, and did the work in about an hour. Now our floor heats up without a problem. Also Bruce pointed out some issues with our boiler that we can get fixed under our oil company service contract. Recommended by a friend who is a general contractor. This was a big job replacing all plumbing under the house in a low, dark, cramped crawl space as well as rehanging the gas lines. The plumbers, John, Daniel, and crew are extremely professional, friendly, address concerns and questions quickly and kept dirt and disruption to a minimum (huge for us)! As a homeowner I wanted to learn how to keep calls to a minimum and Danial taught me how to replace my water filter. After Hurricane Sandy I put up a Baxi Luna tankless Boiler to replace the traditional one I lost in the storm. Well after 2 years the machine started to have problems. I called them, on a friends recommendation and they came almost immediately and knew exactly what was wrong with it. They fixed it. Of course being a practically new machine I was disappointed that I needed $1100 worth of work but being that said, not many plumbers after the storm knew all that much about the water quality in LB being so poor and that filters were needed in order to protect the machine. This is a great company. We had an issue today and got an appointment right away. In about five minutes the issue was fixed without charging us and arm and a leg. Just wow. I met with the owner John for a late night quote on a Friday. We lost hot water and heating. Found him online and his website easy to navigate. Very straight forward guy. Explained what I wanted. We discussed different scenarios. Very knowledgeable and we hired him on the spot. 4 days later he sent what seemed to be a small army of workers. They gutted my old system and installed a HE boiler and water tank and house water filter. And got it done in one day. He stayed over an hour after his crew completed the install, wiping down everything including valves and triple checking their work. That was impressive. Attention to detail was exceptional. I know it sounds like a lovefest, but he exceeded my expectations. His crew was professional and attentive to Covid restrictions. I cannot say enough about John and his company. I know that he has a lot of commercial accounts but at no point did I ever feel like I wasn't too small of a job for him to work on. 18 years ago I had radiant heat installed in my back room it worked fine up until two years ago. So I called pipeline they initially installed it Bruce was the technician, he came and he was baffled so for two days they bleed it Replace mixing valve which I replace six months prior, they replaced two circulator pumps which one was fine he gave me a bill for $1800 and the problem was never solved. They told me I needed a water filtration system which was another $900 maybe more, so now for the last two years I have no heat until this fall in which I contacted a radiant heat plumbing company who came and fix the issue which was a check valve in the circulator pump, he removed it and now the circulator could push water through the system. Well it works with a simple little piece of plastic removed which they said I didn't need because it was in the mixing valve Bruce should've known this but now they rather bill me for two days . Before giving your money to a company that doesn't stand by their work I would definitely call somebody else. read more

I called Cilento because I needed someone to check out my dryer exhaust and some other water issues. Scheduling the appointment was simple and staff was very friendly over the phone. Billy showed up on time and understood my issues. He explained why it was happening and what needed to be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated that Billy provided quotes and suggested what get fixed today and what could wait. He finished the work within 2 hours and the work came out beautifully. He had to drill a hole in my house and it really looks good now. I will definitely call Cilento in the future to complete the other work that wasn't such a priority today. We hired John and his company to run gas into our newly purchased home in RVC as we wanted to upgrade to gas cooking and clothes drying. What a fabulous team of employees John has put together and it is obvious that great leadership and attention to customer courtesy and satisfaction come from the top. Rich installed the gas line into our home last week and was excellent and very efficient. Then, when we received our gas stove, the installer who we believe was named Bruce, again, was here when he said he would be and worked quickly to get the job done. We had a small issue with a stove connection and we thought we might have a short delay, but John ensured that the job was done by the end of the day. And finally, today, Favio was here to help install the gas line into our new clothes dryer just after it was delivered. From beginning to end, the entire process was handled efficiently, safely and with great customer service. I feel obligated to write a review on Cilento Pipeline. I called last week during the deep freeze and thought our pipes were frozen in the bathroom. I called at 1pm and explained to Brook our problem. She said someone would be at our house by 4pm. Low and behold, the owner John was at our house at 4pm. John was able to analyze the problem, buy the piece that was needed and had everything repaired in 2 hours. John was right on with the problem. He was personable and very fair. We have been using another plumber in our area for our conversion to gas but I will never go back. Cilento Pipeline is the go to plumber for any of your needs. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician, Bruce, as well as the office staff. I have never before had a plumber come early for an appointment. The owner of the company actually spoke to me on the telephone and went above and beyond to help me fix the poor installation that I had done by another company. If you own a home, you know that you are not looking for low prices, you want good, secure service at a fair price. And you want to be treated fairly. That is the reason I have recommended this company to my neighbors. They have a great deal of experience with homes on Long Island.
