I called the company they referred me to, who told me the snake was in my toilet and not broken due to a crack in my pipe like this company claimed. They are now refusing to take my calls, have hung up on me, and are telling me it's not their problem unless I want to pay them again. It's been 3 days since I've been able to use my bathroom. I called Mcavoy Plumbing and their two best men arrived 3 hours later. Seems that some particulate came through the city water pipes and lodged in the filter in the faucet head. They removed the head, pulled out and rinsed the filter and then re-assembled the faucet, all in under 5 minutes. Go, Mcavoy!!!
