I'm shocked! After reading the reviews, I thought it was a no-brainer to select this company. I called for an estimate appointment and they scheduled me for 2 weeks out. Typical I think in this business. However, on the day of the estimate I got a call that said the estimator could not make it because of an emergency. No problem, but they couldn't fit me in for another 2 weeks. 1st blunder in my book. So I scheduled it and the day of the 2nd estimate appointment, the estimator called me at 9 AM saying he could be a little early for my 10 AM appointment. 10 AM?!?!? The booking was for 2 PM like it was for the 1st scheduled appointment. The estimator said he would call the office and have them call me to figure this out. Well, they never called me. 2nd blunder. I can understand the communication error on the schedule, but not to call me back to figure out how to correct the situation is very bad business. Needless to say, I didn't call them and won't use or refer them to anyone. Be careful and make sure they do what they say they're going to do before you enter into a contract with them. Seamless Raingutters installed my raingutters 3 years ago, recently I noticed that one section of the gutters started to sag, as it was holding water. It turned out that there was insufficient pitch in the gutter towards the existing downspout to drain. Seamless Raingutters came out without hesitation and added an additional downspout. They also inspected all the balance of the other raingutters to assure everything was fine. I offered to pay for the addition of the downspout, they didn't even charge me. The technician said it was all under their warranty. I would strongly recommend them... The technicians were very professional the first time during installation and this present time under warranty. We are currently having seamless gutters placed on our house. They are putting up a flat face which costs extra because they have to rent some machine. In THEIR brochure it shows the different styles with the downspout. All of a sudden I have to pay an additional 960 dollars because we don't want the coragated down spouts we want the flat. I sent an email with what I wanted in it and for some reason they can't seem to get my email that was forwarded from my sent file. I have now sent it twice and both times they could not receive it. I also showed it to their gutter specialist that is putting up the gutters at my house. I spoke to the person who came out to give a bid and he kept referring to a conversation he had with my husband and not me. He was shocked that I wanted him to call my husband since it was him he talked to. The crew that they sent is very nice and they seem to know what they are doing but the administration (who deal with money) are clueless in customer service and what their marketing material says to someone one who does not know the business but does know how to look at a brochure! They have just called and apologize for the confusion and agreed that their brochure needs a change. They also agreed to put on the proper downspouts at a loss to them because of the poor contract write-up and the misleading brochure that you can see at the bottom. The office lady said that they are so supposed to be mix and match. How do you put a round gutter on a rectangular downspout. This is the most professional trades company in San Diego county. They were polite, responsive, professional, timely and kept all their promises. I highly highly recommend them. They come out to quote a job to install gutters on my home and were early for the appointment, which took less than an hour. Their price was almost half the price of a big box installation quote. In 1992, Seamless installed gutters all around my home. No problems until this fall. Only one gutter had a problem and that was only on part of the gutter. I called for a service call. The gentleman who came out was waiting for me to arrive. There was a family emergency and he waiting with me until my friend could accompany me. That was service un-heard of today. Still need to get that one gutter re-attached and his kindness was amazing. That, to me represent the quality and integrity of this company. read more

I went with Seamless Rain Gutters to replace the gutters in a house I had recently purchased. The owner and one of his associates showed up exactly on time, drew up a plan, and explained my options in friendly, professional way. The price was nice as well, being lower than another estimate I had received. The installers showed up on time and did a good job of removing the old gutters and putting the new ones up. The lead installer was gruff bordering on unfriendly but his work was good. Afterwards, I came across a few screws and pieces of aluminum in obvious places that were missed during the cleanup. The rains came a few days afterwards, and I was happy to see that the new gutters did great. I would use SRG again. read more

This company is the greatest. I needed only 2 sections of gutter (7' & 11') from alterations from a new roof installation. I threw the info out several companies on-line. Most did get back to me with an estimate promptly. BUT - this company said they had a "minimum" (as did others) and since my job was so small, suggested that I come out and see them about purchasing the required gutter and doing it myself. They said that they could match the color, cut it, put 2 stops in the proper corners, sell me the nailing gizmos for attaching it and talk to me about how to do it myself. I WAS impressed!!! There they were suggesting that I could just as well do this myself since it was "not that big a job". AND save money. I drive out to El Cajon to their nice facility, meet them, and walk out the door with materials and expertise for just $73.!!!! WOW!! A very pleasant secretary in the office greeting me, 2 workers in the main area who went to the back to get me my gutters. This company started in 1968!! They had a nice board where they had pictures of the original owner and old '68 volkswagon bus... pretty cool!!! On the same board were articles of their company over the years. This company is awesome and you have to contact them if you want gutters!!! Honest and professional, and pleasant. Before I left, they said that if I had ANY questions when installating them, that I should give them a call. Don't get fooled by any of the "negative" reviews on YELP either. Go out to their business and see their place, and meet their workers - they are very very professional. I had to tip them too - after all, the minimums that the gutter companies were going to charge ranged from $300-$500. BIG DIFFERENCE. read more

After having all my fascia and drip edge replaced I hired Seamless to install gutters. They were there on time, the price was what was quoted and the color matched perfectly. The installation, however, was not very good. They cut my brand new drip edge with snips to tuck gutter under it and it looks bad. The installers had no pride of craftsmanship. Also on the longer runs, they didn't keep proper sloping and the gutters hold water! The middle is higher than the ends! I contacted them when I got home, sent them photos and was told it didn't look good. He said he would talk to the installers at the end of the day and ask why they did that. Then he says he would get back to me and let me know how they were going to resolve it. It has been two weeks now and haven't heard from them. I will fix the sloping problem myself and hire my roofer to repair drip edge. I would not recommend using Seamless for you gutter installation if you care about the little details. read more

We decided to go with Seamless Rain Gutters, Inc. as they were a referral. I am so glad that we did. The office staff was very courteous. We got an appointment time for installation very quick and the technicians showed up on a Saturday morning 15 minutes early which was very much appreciated. Awesome product and service. The two gentleman who came out to measure my eaves showed up on time and were very quick. It took them only about 20 minutes to measure, offer a few suggestions for downspout locations and write up an estimate. I set an appointment for installation and the young man showed up on time and was very fast and accurate with the install. The gutters look and work great! These past couple of rain storms have been great for testing out the gutters and they work perfectly. I bought a copper rain chain online and they installed that for me at no charge and it's a lot of fun to watch it during a downpour! I'd highly recommend this company. My seamless rain gutters were installed 12/2011. One of the rain gutters was not capped at the end (legally ok to do) so the rain poured down on the roof which caused a leak in my garage. I called Seamless Rain Gutters and reported the problem. Matt from the company came out, assessed the problem and fixed it right then and there without charging me extra. I had a misunderstanding with Seamless Rain Gutters on a job, they fixed it the next day. I walked away very happy. I would recommend them.

Had to wait a month to get an appointment for an estimate, took 6 weeks to get the install date, first visit they didn't do any work and just left, had to reschedule for two weeks later, next visit they did not complete the work, had to reschedule again for a month later, the first time it rained we had numerous leaks, called again and again and again but never was able to get anyone out to make the repairs for the many leaks. Poor workmanship and awful service. Definitely find someone else to do your work and take your money. read more

I called two months ago to get a quote on rain gutters, the lady said that it was $4.50 per foot installed, and to self measure and call back if I wanted to get them installed.I did that called back to get a quote and a measurement and they said that they would come out and measure, and the new price was $5.50 per foot. I asked why the price increase after you told me it was $4.50 per foot. The answer was because of the demand. I accepted the $5.50 and they scheduled an appointment to come and measure. When they did come out to measure two weeks later they gave the written quote of $6.50 and I asked the sales person what is going on he said I would have to call the office. I did that and had to talk to the manager (owner). He agreed to drop to $5.50 and scheduled installation for the 29th of December. on the 29th at 10 am I called to see if they were coming out the lady said yes between 11am and 1 pm. At 4 pm she called to say that the installers ran into problems and that she would call me tomorrow with a new time. I called today 12/30 at 9 am and after waiting on hold for the lady to see if they would be installed today she said not for sure as schedule was very busy today. i asked why I wasn't scheduled for the first thing and her answer was people had appointments already. Very unprofessional customer service. I told her that they need to call before they come ( after waiting all day yesterday) and if they didn't come today to cancel my order. looks like they are not coming as it is now 3.15 pm. 5 stars (LOL) I don't think so. read more
