Amazing...absolutely amazing work and customer service. Highly recommend. What I liked: --he is responsive. Gets back and works with your schedule. --upfront on information and does not try to up sale anything. He came in $150 under his estimate which was from my description in an email. --Did things that no one else has done that corrected the problems in downpours. We have been in this house since 2009 (built in 2002) and in downpours I noticed that some of the downspouts looked like fountains with water shooting out of upper seams. Had other companies clean the gutters. Still had the issue. Tommy took them apart to see what was going on and they were bent by the original installer to fit one piece in the other instead of being crimped which is the proper way to fit the pieces together. Bending the pieces has made it a catch for debris and doesn't allow the full flow in the downspout to occur as well as being the reason the water was shooting out and up toward the eaves. I imagine there are others in the neighborhood that had theirs bent instead of crimped, too since all of the homes were built in a building frenzy. I had taken some of the lower gutters off in the last large rain and saw the bend to fit so I knew he had found the problems on the elbows on the second floor. Tommy rebent the downspouts and then crimped them (you have to have a special tool to do this the right way.) --Works from a ladder. Does not walk around on the roof to do cleaning which can lead to other issues. However, if you have something going on with your roof, he will check it for you or if he sees something, he will check it out. In our case, he saw a shingle up from our gutters that had a hole, pulled it and photographed how the tar paper underneath was wearing away and did a temporary fix that should be good for a few months until roofers can locate matching shingles and repair. He texted me the pictures so I have them for the roofers and he put a little dot of caulk adhesive on that shingle so the roofers can readily identify it. Super smart to do! I tell you, this guy is gold. Gold. read more
