Called Woolley's Gutter Experts for a repair and possible covers to keep the leaves out. Josh came out and gave us an estimate. He was easy to deal with, no hard sell, direct, friendly and gave us a reasonable quote for one new gutter and the leaf covers on a few of the gutters. Within one week the work was completed. About one week after completion, annd after paying, I noticed the gutters had not been flushed. I texted Josh, and the very next day my gutters were flushed. And the gentleman who came to flush also made a minor repair to a down spout - I'm bad with names, maybe Jacob. I'm very happy with the work, the people, and the price. Worst experience ever!! I needed gutter to be installed above my awning. Guillermo came out to take a look and told me that it was not possible to have it installed above the awning, so I agreed with his "temporary" solution to put a diverter where the awning is, accepting the fact that it will not hold in case of heavy rain because he told me there was no other way. Comes day of installation, their guys were actually able to put the gutter above the awning, so I contacted Guillermo again, asking if they could do gutter all the way across instead of the diverter. He told me that he showed the photos to Josh, the owner, and said that Josh wouldn't recommend it because it would cause standing water. Josh has never showed up in person to judge, so how could he be so sure just looking at the photos? Then Guillermo said if I really wanted to do it, I would need to temporarily take down the awning and accept no warranty. I'm okay with that because what's the point of having warranty if water could still leak out from the diverter? Now they're slapping me with a new quote on top of the old quote to have it fixed, even though it was them who misjudged it in the first place. Last to note is they take forever to respond. I first contacted them on 5/2, it's now 7/6, and it's still being resolved... read more

We needed a seamless gutter installed in our backyard patio and the owner came to our home and gave us a quote for the single gutter. He recommended that we get gutters intalled for the whole house and gave us a quote for both the single gutter and the whole house. In the end we went with getting our whole house fitted with gutters. His workers were very professional and they did a very good job installing the gutters. Poor rating for poor customer service (failed to follow through after multiple text interactions). I contacted Woolley's via their website and received a prompt response that they could do the work immediately, quoting a price and requested I contact them via text with pics and address. I provided what was requested and asked for a start date. My text went unanswered. The following morning I again sent text for a start date and that text also went unanswered. Later in the day I called Woolley's and left voice mail asking about a start date and even gave them an out saying "if unable to do the job please let me know that so I can move on." Nothing from Woolley's - customer service does not appear to be their strong suit. read more

We had all of our house gutters re-secured in September 2021. Three months later one became loose. We called and asked Josh to come out and re-secure the problem gutter. He told us we would have to pay a full service visit of several hundred dollars even after initially stating the work he did was guaranteed for ten years. read more
