Dr. Jill Weber was very professional and thorough explaining the proposed treatment plan which included (2) extractions and a bone graft prior to having the dental implant procedure. The insurance person (I didn't catch her name) gave me very detailed information on what Medical Mutual would cover. My only complaint is the bathroom was very dirty especially the toilet. That won't deter me from coming back. The staff I interacted with were all very courteous. I actually live in Willowick not Timberlake.

I don't know how many years exactly, but it's been well over 15 years. The current staff is a superlative group of professionals who are friendly and personable. The practice uses the latest technology that assists well in the service to customers. The hygienist, Christine, is exceptional and always looking to improve my comfort level while providing excellent service. Ginny, who assists the Doc with procedures, etc., is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Debbie, the receptionist is helpful and kind especially when I call with a problem. Dr. Soria, a graduate of OSU, provides exemplary dental services, fillings, bite guards, troubleshooting pain, providing appropriate referrals, or whatever is needed to help the me, the customer, to be confident and pain-free in my daily life when it comes to dental services. Having been a customer all these years, I consider these folks to be friends as well as dental professionals.
